After looking at other brands, took a Lexus GX460 for a test drive and was sold! It was the most comfortable SUV I had driven. Dealership was very professional. I was in the market for a new Lexus. I have owned Lexus, BMW and Audi in the past. The Lexus is what I wanted again. Lexus of Seattle and Tamir in particular are very knowledgeable.. it was a pleasurable purchasing experience.

I was really dreading buying a new car. We have had many pushy sells people or a pushy loan person at the dealership. This time we visited BMW, Mercedes, Acura, then again to BMW. Then our good friend said that Lexus' rates the highest among all cars for many reasons. I hate long reviews so let me sum it up in a few words .....in overall, customer service, buying process and facilities the rating is excellent.

Lexus of Seattle was our starting point, it became our final purchase dealer as we came back to buy our car after a long day of dealership hopping around the North sound. Dan Edland was who we dealt with and from him to the finance manager, the professionalism from everyone was so great. We came just before closing and stayed very late that evening finalizing everything and everyone held such high professionalism despite a very busy and late evening with other customers besides us. We really appreciated Dan's understanding of what we wanted and saving us a lot of frustration in the back and forth of negotiating. We will refer him to anyone we know looking for a car.
