Excellent experience with these guys!!!

Great customer service, great car, great deal!!! We really hit a home run with these guys. Before going to them we visited Mercedes, Infiniti, BMW and Jeep dealerships, and found that with Lexus we got more car for a much lower price! Also, their service was second to none.

Poor quality control

review after six months of ownership. After paying top price for things like protection for door handles or for trunk sill protection, application of both areas looks wretched, with lots of adhesive bleeding from the area and outlining the protective area in black grunge. Kuni, perhaps you need to have someone who knows what they are doing apply these treatments?? When that friendly finance person pressures you --- just say no. Not worth it. My sense is that the dealership values profit over all else. Can not reccomend.

IS 250

Chul was amazing and easy to work with. He was very kind and showed us all of our options and came to a good price for our 2013 IS 250. I would defiantly go directly to him, because he is a straight to the point type of guy. Overall experience at the dealership was great.

good experience, friendly and helpful people

Overall it was a great experience. They were very courteous people. Not very pushy. Showed us multiple cars and explained us pros and cons. Only one thing was they didnt know the exact miles on the car that I bought and the car had slightly more miles than what we were told. Apart from that, things were smooth. The representative made sure that me and my family was comfortable during the whole process.

ES Service of A Lifetime

A rare occurrence with my Lexus ES 350 caused me to put Lexus of Seattle and their Service staff to the test. They went far above an beyond and provided a level of service un-paralleled. My initial reason for coming in was being towed in with an un-operational engine. They assured me they would do all they could. Kevin Murphy was the lead service individual on my experience and he kept me informed the entire way. Having an unresponsive engine ended up being a warranty issue with a third party provider and Kevin and the rest of the Lexus staff went the extra mile to fight for what they believed was just and to provide a overall great customer experience. In the end I walked out of this experience a very happy individual. A+ service folks.

Great buying experience

Greeted outside by Steven Chung. Polite, listened to our desires. Test drove a few Suv's and my honey choose the one she liked. Pressure? None. Miranda in finance was polite . . . no pressure in 'the up selling with additional products and services.' Would buy another Lexus!
