I described the issue with my car and the service advisor knew what needed to be replaced. Helped me contact the national Subaru customer service group.... They were very helpful getting my repair done.

I won?t go back. Unfortunate because my service advisor was so nice. I have a 2015 outback. After only a few months my car needed a diagnostic. They put... my car on the lift but didn?t shut the door. The front and back doors needed to be replaced. Switched to bellevue with no regrets. However, august 2020 my car was making noises and hesitating and Bellevue didn?t have a loaner. Eastside did so I went with them. I needed my transmission completely replaced. Disappointed because it?s only a 2015. I got it fixed, picked it up. The next day the sound and hesitation was worse. I went back. They fixed something else not related to the transmission. Said it was a coincidence. Eye brow raise and suspicious. Well a few days later it?s even worse. It sounded like and felt like my transmission was going to fall out. I called Bellevue and they let me drive it straight over because I was afraid to turn the car off. Bellevue fixed my car and reported that washers were missing or not on right. Things not tightened. Things installed improperly and the list goes on. Eastside did a horrible job. Could have been dangerous. Bellevue also called eastside and hit them up with my bill. To add...eastside also put grease fingerprints in my car. Took pictures. They were supposed to fix it the second time and they didn?t. They called and offered after Bellevue took such good care of me. A hard pass.
