    We have never had such a low-pressure/awesome buying experience as we had at Eastside Subaru. We checked out every single vehicle in the category and agreed... we wanted the Subaru Ascent. And based on our walk-in experience at Eastside Subaru with Jordan (flannel shirt, so chill) we knew we wanted to buy from this dealership. We knew the car we wanted and emailed dealers around the area. Jordan was able to beat our best offer, get us the color we wanted, and somehow make the buying process streamlined and easy. If you want a straight-shooter, real, down-to-earth and trust-worthy sales person (I would use even use Zen to describe him), Jordan is THE BEST.

    The service here is horrible. They treat you very bad especially if they find out you like one of their cars. They gave us a very bad pricing for our car... and made us call them multiple times until we gave up almost to make a deal. Brandon Bitser was our agent and he gave us one of the most terrible services ever. Highly recommend not to go here.

    Place looked nice, but customer service for sales was BAD. I went there to explore options about trading my current Subaru outback, and getting a lease... on Ascent. I was given a good great, but after I told my scenario and that I got an email from some salesman, so I decided to show up. I was asked to wait, but when I was waiting to know about trade in and lease options, salesman told that they cannot give me an estimate on trade value, unless I commit to buy a new vehicle. I made it clear that I am leaning my decision on the trade in value, but I was still not told the price. Hopefully they see this review and improve their customer service.

    My Forester had a major problem, one that would have cost me several thousand dollars to fix. The guy who helped me, David H, was proactive and engaged... the Subaru dealership pointing out that the issue was not caused by negligence on my part, but because of a known flaw with Foresters produced that year, and thus part of the extended warranty (I had no idea.) In the end, my portion of the bill was less than a third of the cost to repair it. He was fantastic, and explained all the options I had clearly and honestly. I highly recommend this place.

    We had been looking for a new car for several months. We went to several Subaru dealers in the area. We had an internet quote from Eastside Subaru that... was well below the others for the exact car we wanted. It was after we bought the car that customer service was sadly and I mean sadly lacking. There was no follow-up what so ever. We contacted them several times after being told our plates would be ready in 2 to 3 weeks. We checked in on a regular basis and told well we have until Jan 3. Finally after leaving an irate phone message we got an email on Dec 30th saying our plates were ready. WOW they want me to make a 2 hour drive (hour each way). So the price was right but the headache and lack of customer service will definitely not make me go back. We are still peeling off the plastic they missed. On the bright side they have a great coffee machine when it works.

    I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental... for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!

    Checking your car in for repairs is rushed. I asked to see what the multi point inspection included. The guy said, they didn't having anything written... down that he could show me. However, upon check out I was given a multi point inspection form. You are insulted personally if you have an accent or ask questions. I have owned a mini cooper, a kia and a honda I was never treated this bad at any of those dealerships. Regret having purchased my Forster in Kirkland which is a 45 minute drive from home.

    I will give negative star if it is possible. In the start everything went fine, then they try to sell me the car by MSRP plus destination fee plus TTL!... I tried to negotiate prices, their manager insulted me and threatens to call police. Have ever anyone been treated like this? I did some research of this dealership afterwards and found its manager is notorious for insulting people, reviews like this can be found in every survey site. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, avoid at all costs.
