My wife and I were shopping for a new car for our daughter and we had purchased from Dwayne Lanes in Everett in the past and specifically from Joey Delvecchio, so we knew what to expect if we bought there again. After going to all the different car dealers and viewing every make and model that my daughter was considering, we landed at Dwayne Lanes and once again bought another Jeep from Joey. Every experience in buying a new car from Joey and Dwayne Lanes has been great and we left there feeling like we paid a fair price and were treated as a valued customer. Service experience
Took my truck in for an oil change. The service desk talked me into changing my cabin filter. After 1.5 hours, they came and told me my car was done, however, there is no cabin filter in my truck. It was dark when I left. Then next morning I saw that my glove box was sitting on the floor of my truck where they tried to change the cabin filter.

I have used two different Jeep dealers over years. This one is light years beyond the one I used first. This dealership worked and gave me everything I needed to complete the deal. Seems like the staff here is ready for the long haul. In turn the staff there will be friendly, helpful and around for many years to come. Go in and at least check them out. Be sure to ask for Kyle Richardson and have him show you around.

Purchase
So I reviewed my purchase a couple weeks ago and mentioned about a tire issues that I couldn’t see due to darkness and rain when I made my purchase. Today they are putting 4 new tires on my car! I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you for going above and beyond!
