I've been trying to schedule some warranty work on our fleet of Promaster Vans, 3 voicemails left, 3 e-mails sent over the last 3 weeks and no response.

Great Service! Jordan is great!

Jordan rocks. Took great care of me and my car. There were a number of issues address. I am having issues with my radio but it would cost a $1,000 to download the update. However, I was told it could render the radio/climate useless. That is a production issue. Jordan, again, was fantastic and thoroughly explained all service items and costs.

Oil change

Good service Took an hour and a half for a scheduled oil change. A little too long They didn?t top off fluids Windshield washer fluid ran out on my way home

When it was known parts would have to be ordered, Dwayne Lane's provided my wife with a loaner. We received a good faith estimate of cost and completion date: Dwayne Lane's service department returned the car to us a day early and about $100 less than estimated. We were very satisfied and would recommend Dwayne Lane's to family and friends.

Jeep Wrangler Headlights install

I recently had my LED lights taken out of my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, and had regular stock lights installed. I'm very disappointed at being charged 950 dollars for this. Labor was 180 dollars an hour, the lights cost 350 for the pair. The technician completed in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Can you see 950 dollars, that's what I was charged? I will be looking elsewhere for an honest mechanic!
