Not that I have many problems with my cars (all Dodge/Ram), I have had to use the services of Dwayne Lane's for repairs. Typically happy with the outcome; however, this time they went above and beyond. The issue was immediately resolved and FAST. I got my car back the following day and works perfectly. If I didn't know better, I would think there was extra horsepower added, but it was a waterpump and serp belt. :) Thanks John and Alia. MRW

I still think that the dealership should wash the car...

I still think that the dealership should wash the car before returning it to the owner. Especially if they have just paid over 1000.00 in service. Everyone is talking climate change-there is just not one way to do climate change. There should be an answer.

Everyone was very helpful and super nice. Took a car on a test drive and the dealer was not pushy about me buying the car. Just let me drive it and told me things about the which was nice.

Called dealer about minor routine service and they were able to take me in same day. Best part was that their price was way below other dealers. The free latte was a real plus. Nice people to deal with.
