purchasing a honda from honda dealership. cant go wrong

overall the buying experience was good. I do like the vehicle, but found it to be extremely dirty when i got it home. Bed of truck was caked in mud..interior was also quite dirty.. found remnants of mocha coffee or something throughout the truck. first thing i had to do was pay for complete detail..also did not recieve a copy of the carfax report.

Bethany is great!

My husband and I had a great buying experience with Bethany. She was so patient as we struggled with our decision whether to buy a 2016 Certified Used Honda HR-V EX-L w/Navigation or a 2017 New Honda HR-V EX (without navigation). The 2016 won out and we couldn't be happier! Bethany was so friendly and professional. We felt comfortable with her from the very beginning of the process. We wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to Bethany!

Bethany is awesome!

We worked with Bethany Page on the purchase of our car. She was really great to work with. We told her exactly what we where looking for (including our budget) and she got us into a car that met all of our criteria! (used 2012 ford flex) This was by far the best car buying experience we've ever had!

Great!

I do not like the entire car buying process. However, this time was way different. Morocco was incredibly knowledgable about the CR-V, from the engine to the navigation system. He made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions, some even twice. Signing papers with Sam and going over all of the financing was a piece of cake. She made everything simple and didn't try to up sell me on all of the extras. Buying a car at Northwest Honda was hassle and stress free. Thank you!

New Car Purchase

Go see GAVIN awesome gkvangenes.northwesthonda@eleadtrack.net Purchased a brand new Civic EX-T amazing car I've been to a lot of dealers and NONE compare to Northwest Honda and the level of service I recieved. It's doesn't get much easier than this. He is very professional and knows his cars. And Sam in finance is great the process for financing is super simple. And Paul is Amazing thank you all for a great experience

Great truck, great salesman, no pressure, and expert advice.

Research online convinced us to buy a 2017 Honda Ridgeline. I phoned Northwest Honda in Bellingham and was transferred to Morocco Safouane to find out which trucks were in stock and make an appointment for a test drive. When mu wife and I showed up for the test drive we found Morocco able to answer every technical question we had. He also acquainted us with Ridgeline features we did not know about. He exerted no pressure on us to buy or to hurry up or anything else. Without hesitation, Morocco was willing to search for the trim model we wanted at other area dealerships and to bring the truck we sought to his dealership in a couple of days. We bought the truck without actually seeing it because we trusted Morocco to describe it accurately. Since we live on an island served by a ferry boat and trips to the mainland are expensive, Morocco himself delivered the new truck to the ferry terminal so I could walk off the ferry into a new truck to drive. Exceptional service! The last time I bought a truck (a toyota) the salesmen were extremely hostile and resisted selling me a truck they had advertised for a low price in a newspaper, saying it had been sold already. But I found the truck, identified by its published VIN number and refused to leave before they sold me the truck for its advertised price ($11,888 in 1992). It was nearly a war. We don't buy new vehicles frequently. Either the times have changed greatly or else we happened accidentally to wander in to an extraordinary dealership in 2017. My experience at Northwest Honda was entirely pleasant, low pressure, and informative. If the Ridgeline proves to be as good as this dealership, we will have lucked out greatly. Sam Baylasy guided us through paying for the truck and offered us vehicle protection plans. In the plan I wanted there were extreme ambiguities in the contract which angered me. Sam however, with help from Camile Kim, remained calm and eventually smoothed out my concerns so I bought the contract. Again, no pressure, but patient conveyance of information.
