You have my Mess

Happy with the process. Happy with most everything. THe hold out came when I got home and thought about the interest rate I was given. I had wanted to pay cash but financed a bit and I really fell like I should have stood up for my self and my good credit but I was at that time over 3 hours into the process and very tired.

New Automobile

Excellent service when the car we ordered was entering production and beyond. The pick up and educational experience at the dealership was above average and helpful.

Recall and flat tire

My recall appointment was scheduled within two days which was very much appreciated. Prior to the appointment my tire, on new car with 3,000 miles, was punctured by a nail. The dealership brought in a replacement tire and installed it. No charge for anything! Best service possible with a free car wash thrown in. Thanks to all!

Love the Fit! Love that team!

" My sales person and I texted for quite a while initially. I've had dealings with used car salespeople and I'm generally not a fan. However, Morroco's easy responses, not pushy delivery and sense of humor brought me in. He had the car I inquired about all ready to drive and was actually standing outside waiting and addressed me, by name, as soon as I stepped out of my vehicle. Long story short, I loved the car and have had to reassess my thoughts regarding used car salespeople. Morroco is a very knowledgeable, straightforward kind of guy. I had done a good deal of online comparisons and had lots of data to educate myself about this car. Morroco actually had an appreciation for my thorough preparation and we looked over my findings together. NW Honda had the best deal by a long shot. Add in Camille for the financial part of it - what a great team. She even called me the next day to let me know my lender came back with a better interest rate. Less cost for me and even more points for her. Such an easy experience, such a great and knowledgeable professional. What a great disposition as well. So this was supposed to be the short version, LOL My advice, go see them if you're looking for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed

Car repair

I Went here to have my car serviced. There were reasonable priced and fairly experienced with car. Car was in good condition afterwards. They even gave an offer of having a free car wash at the Sunset Carwash. I had a good overall experience with mechanic or service center. Tank You

Great Customer Service!

I have taken my 2016 Civic in for oil changes and some warranty repairs. The staff is always very pleasant to work with. Darby Monroe does an excellent job of keeping me informed about the service. The techs give me information that is helpful in the day to day use of my vehicle. I would recommend this service department to anyone looking for a no hassle dealership with some amazing employees!
