The experience purchasing my car a year ago was great - never felt like the sales person I was dealing with couldn't make decisions or had to get approval. The service this year, oil changes and calling to ask what different icons on my dash meant have all been answered quickly and efficiently.

First Time Leaser
I worked with sales consultant JR. He is really easy to work with and very friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and resolve any of my concerns. At first they didn't have the vehicle I initially was going for, but was able to find a vehicle that fits my needs. I will definitely go back to see then again.

Lack of trust
We have a 2014 CRV. We had an oil change and the tech responded when we complained the battery not up to power that there had been a recall. We had not been notified of a recall. We brought the car back in to have computer reset to charge the battery. A few days ago we had an oil change. The battery was still low. Tech guy recommended we buy a new battery. The car was still under warranty. We were told that a new appointment needed to be made to have a three hour or so special test run on the battery. After a bit of slightly heated discussion, the battery was replaced under warranty. Now we wonder is the computer charging the battery? By the time we find out will the car no longer be under warranty? We have lost trust with the service counter. Can we believe what they tell us?

Honesty and Ease!
Chase was a breath of fresh air. He is a very honest and upfront salesman. This was the easiest car buying experience I ever Had. Chase took care of everything and went to bat to get me the best price. Chase and NW Honda were very easy to deal with and were nothing but honest. I will buy from them again and refer everyone I know to them.
