Trustworthy Service Department

Had an electrical problem that was hard to diagnose and required more than one visit, although it turned out to be something that was fairly easy to take care of. Because it required a few visits on my part, the "fix" was performed without charge--can't beat that! A loaner car was also offered in case I needed one.

trade in

My husband and I purchased a Honda accord two years ago from Northwest Honda, the experience then was wonderful, when we decided to up grade to something a little larger. I sent an e-mail and what I was looking for and Gaven returned my e-mail with a list of autos in my range. Gaven was patient and kind working with us to try out all the vehicles, we purchased a Honda Pilot. They gave us the best price on our trade in. I absolutely love this Pilot. John and the whole team where fabulous, I will continue to return here and send any one looking for an honest and reliable sales and service Dealership, definitely find it at Northwest Honda Thank you Chrissy Main-Halbrook

Excellent team at Northwest Honda.

My wife and I had a pleasant experience at northwest honda. Bethany Page was the sales person . She was friendly and accommodating and informative and was a big help as we looked at several vehicles that day.We've also been in for service as we have another car that was purchased there. Yes we are repeat customers,folks. IMHO it cant get mush better than the teams and products at northwest honda.

Great job!

I was impressed with both the intake process and picking up my car from your excellent staff at the service window. They were first rate in friendliness and knowing what they were doing. I will use your service people for the span of my lease from Northwest Honda.

Excellent, courteous service.

The staff at Northwest Honda is knowledgeable an courteous and very attentive to customer needs. Repair and service prices are reasonable and the work is done quickly and efficietly.

Service visit

This was my first service visit. The car was taken on time and the service was completed as promised and for the quoted price. Daniel was very nice and competent. I was impressed.

Good, but. . . .

Overall, the service was good. It did take much longer that we anticipated, requiring the car to remain there overnight. I kind of expected that they'd know of that potential, and let us know before we started. The other issue is with Honda. The major maintenance interval on out '04 Pilot was 60,000 miles. Now, for our '14 Pilot, it's 30,000 miles. Seems as though they've dumbed down their design to generate more service revenue.

Professional, efficient and friendly.

Having not worked with Northwest Honda or Gavin before, I was apprehensive of getting the "hard sell". Gavin listened to my concerns and helped me find the right vehicle and model. I highly recommend him.

Excellent as usual

I found Morocco to be delightful to work with. I spent a couple weeks--on line at first and then in person. He did exactly what I asked him to do. He treated my wife and I like intelligent human beings who were capable of making our own decisions and did not attempt to pressure us but did provide all the information we were seeking. I would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him.

Great buying experience

Buying a new car is one of my least favorite activities and Pete made it as good as it gets. He's knowlegable, honest and lets you make an informed decision without any extra pressure. I would recommend Pete to everyone. My wife loves her new CRV.
