Didn't Buy But Still Treated Great!

I was very interested in buying a new crv but I couldn't decide between that and a forester. The crv is an amazing car with some incredible features! The lane assistance will actually turn corners for you! I finally settled on the Subaru and PETER was wonderful about the whole thing! If I was buying the salesman and not the car, I would have went with him!

Bought my new 2016 honda civic lx

Came in there with a plan to buy the car I want and with Alvin joswick help I was able to do that thanks for all the help

Great service!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Especially Technician Tevelde was able to answer all my questions and the service was completed over an hour early. I really like my CRV and the service department.

very happy customers

my wife and I bought a Honda HRV from Northwest Honda. Our salesman was Peter Davis and he did an awesome job. He listened, was patient and helped us find what we wanted. Also during the purchasing part Peter and John Cabal really worked with us. It was not awkward nor a hard sell. we were treated with respect. Thanks again guys for the great service!

Little Old Lady Service Level

Having worked with this dealer for about 10 years, I asked for and always receive Little Old Lady Service -- they take care of me like they would take care of their own mums. I'll never break down while driving b/c I keep up with service reminders and always use Northwest Honda.

Chase to the rescue!!!!!

I was having trouble with my old car. Chase made the purchase of a new 2016 Honda CR-V an easy and non stressful deal. He is awesome to work with, did not rush me to decide anything. He was very patient and so easy to talk too. I feel like I have known him forever. Thanks Camille Kim for explaining everything and John C for making it happen. a great experoence

Usually buying or leasing a vehicle is not an enjoyable experience. But that's definitely not the case at Northwest Honda. These folks really know how to make this process painless and even enjoyable when you realize you got the vehicle you wanted at a very reasonable price. This is our second auto lease with NW Honda, and it won't be our last. John, Ross and Camille worked as a team to make our evening successful.

Friendly and knowledgeable

I was buying my first car and my mom was there to help. I had a honda civic that has been in the family a year longer than me. And it still won't die. Once we got there, we didn't have to wait for help, Pete was right there for us. He showed us around and answered all of our questions. Pete was super helpful and friendly and he took really good care of us. Camille was super friendly too. She walked me though the paperwork and loan side of things. She was very patience with my questions and my mom's questions. I was a great experience and they just made it really easy. Next time I'm in the market for a car I'm going to go to them first.

Two time Happy Honda customer!

Second new car purchase from Northwest Honda in the past four years. Always a pleasure to deal with no issues prompt service. Most recent purchase 2016 Honda accord coupe touring addition Morocco made the buying experience very enjoyable as far as car by experiences go.
