Chase and Pete

Peter and chase were amazing at helping me find a car! They were able to get me into a brand new Honda Fit for the best price! Even though it took a day for me to decide they were very patient and understanding! Peter and Chase were the best! Thank you!

Excellent Experience

I would highly recommend NW Honda. My experience with everyone at the store was excellent. Gavin Kvangnes, my sales guy, knows the Honda product line inside and out, but most importantly, he knows how to take care of his customers. Super low pressure. He worked hard to put this deal together. He and the NW Honda people kept all of their promises and I feel like I got an honest deal. I love my Honda Fit! Will definitely do business with Gavin and Northwest Honda again.

Great service, friendly, and helpful

Had a great experience with Northwest Honda. Staff was very friendly in helping me get a new car and trading in my old one. They really worked for me which was nice.

2016 Honda Pilot

It's a pleasure doing business with Dan Bennett and Northwest Honda. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and Dan did everything he could to make our purchase a pleasure. He is even going to give us more of his time to show us all the good things on our new 2016 Honda Pilot. Darby in the Service Department has always been helpful and kind when we came in for service on our 2011 Pilot and Sam in Finance was efficient in every way.

Overall a very good experience.

Overall a very good experience. There were a few bumps along the way in negotiations but everything was worked out smoothly. It was a better experience than I usually have at dealerships. It is the second new car I have bought there and I would go back.

If all sales persons were like Mr. Dan Bennett! Many thanks to Dan for helping me find the right car. I was there over 4 hours and he was so kind and thoughtful . His knowledge about cars really put me a ease . Dan is a real genuine person that was so easy to work with and not this pushy car sales person that you so often are faced with. Honda, gotta have one.

We decided that we wanted a couple of accessories for our Honda Pilot and left with a new Ridgeline! We were very curious to see the new model and just happened to visit the service department right after their arrival. Honda's sell themselves, but it is wonderful to have such professional , kind hearted people walk you through the process!

A Very Good Experience Shopping For Our First New Car

We bought a Honda Accord LX. .Peter Davis & his manager very helpful. Peter was very clear in his instructions. He taught us how to operate the car & told us to come back for further training if we need it. Camile Kim was also very helpful. She explained our options. We had an excellent experience. We look forward to a good relationship with them.

Well worth the night out for dinner

My husband and I went to Bellingham for dinner and on a whim decided to check out the Honda dealership to see if they had any Civic EX-L's. Peter Davis was the first person to meet with us. Peter was very easy to work with, kind, knowledgeable about Honda's and helped us get a great deal on our brand new Civic EX-L. Thank you Northwest Honda!

Great experience

Went to shop for a used car, so impressed I bought a new one instead. First one ever! Ross was very professional and knowledgeable about the car's specs. I would definitely recommend friends and family. Sam in finance was very thorough in explaining all the warranty packages I was interested in as well. She made me feel comfortable and at ease.
