Gavin Kvangnes, my sales guy, knows the Honda product line inside and out, but most importantly, he knows how to take care of his customers. Super low pressure. He worked hard to put this deal together. He and the NW Honda people kept all of their promises and I feel like I got an honest deal. I love my Honda Fit! Darby in the Service Department has always been helpful and kind when we came in for service on our 2011 Pilot and Sam in Finance was efficient in every way.

Overall a very good experience. There were a few bumps along the way in negotiations but everything was worked out smoothly. It was a better experience than I usually have at dealerships. It is the second new car I have bought there and I would go back.

We decided that we wanted a couple of accessories for our Honda Pilot and left with a new Ridgeline! We were very curious to see the new model and just happened to visit the service department right after their arrival. Honda's sell themselves, but it is wonderful to have such professional , kind hearted people walk you through the process!

We bought a Honda Accord LX. .Peter Davis & his manager very helpful. Peter was very clear in his instructions. He taught us how to operate the car & told us to come back for further training if we need it. Camile Kim was also very helpful. She explained our options. We had an excellent experience.
