Excellent customer service.

No Hassle. Found car on True Car. Very Courteous and easy to talk with. No pressure at all. Will be glad to recommend this dealer to someone looking for a Honda.

Excellent, Friendly Customer Service!

I came in to lease a 2016 Honda Civic and was helped by Dan Bennett. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Not only was he very knowledgeable and passionate about cars, he was also a genuinely nice person who was very interested that I got a good deal and a good car. The finance people were also very personable and did not fit the "car-salesperson" stereotype at all. They were honest, didn't try to excessively up-sell me, and were helpful in answering all of my questions. I would not hesitate at all to recommend to anyone that is looking for a car to visit Northwest Honda!

Excellent customer service and thoughtful staff!

I can't stress enough how wonderful the folks at Northwest Honda were in helping me purchase my first car. Compared to other local dealerships, they stood out for their transparency, fairness, and professionalism. They worked with me, not against me, and never once came across as aggressive or pushy. We are going to come back to NW Honda for our next car and will continue to spread the word about their superior staff and service. Thank you!

Pete Davis is the best car salesman we have ever dealt with!

The staff at Northwest Honda are all very friendly and the service is excellent. Our sales person, Pete Davis, has always done his very best to get us into the car that best meets our needs. This time was particularly hard and we tried several options that just didn't work. Pete never gave up and we ended up with a beautiful used Accord with low miles that fit very nicely into our budget. He has been with NW Honda for many years and knows Hondas better than anyone. You never feel pressured and I will always go back to Pete when looking for a car.

I look forward to my service appointments.

The service people are generally very nice, especially Brandon. I've tried other independent shops and went back to Northwest Honda. They are knowledgeable, and have always been able to diagnose any problem quickly. I can always find a discount coupon for oil changes or service which eases the pain and makes them competitive with any other shops I've been to. During service appointments, I could have some coffee, read the paper, and visit with my favorite salesman, Dave. He would take me for a test drive in a new model even though he knew I wasn't going to buy right away. Since I've been driving Hondas since 1976, I only wish they had a loyalty program, maybe be able to get a T shirt, cap, or accessories occasionally. Maybe build credit for a new/used car? Mine has over 160,000 miles on it so I'll be ready in about 4 years.

Great service, friendly associates

My husband and I went to Northwest Honda to see about trading our old car in to a new one. We had no idea what we wanted, also never had been owners of a Honda. We were greeted and assisted by a delightful young man, Alvin. He took us to the row of cars for lease which we were considering, and we can only use superlatives to describe this young man's knowledge of the cars and his enthusiasm to assist us to make a decision. Also the sales manager, Sam, was extremely kind and helpful.

Great customer service!

Stirling was very helpful and patient! He helped me find just the right car that suits me perfectly! I'm a first time buyer and was very happy to have him and Sam Baylasy coach me through it. These purchases can be nerve racking and they helped me feel comfortable during the process. Stirling's a great guy, trust worthy and is looking out for your best interest! I felt the same with Sam she has great customer service and helped a lot!
