I appreciated all the support through my decision to purchase a new automobile. The staff gave me many opportunities to try vehicles and no pressure to purchase. Alvin was very knowledgeable about the car helped me learn about all the modern components after I purchased.

Alvin was so helpful and easy to work with. We went in for a test drive and left with a new van. Great service, friendly atmosphere. We loved the kids area; a must for families that so many other dealerships disregard. It made our experience 100% better than it would have been had our kids not been kept busy.

Everyone that works here is great!!! I was in a car accident and had to purchase a new car quickly. I looked around at multiple dealerships and everything was either out of my budget or really old. Stirling helped me find the perfect car but it was alittle out of my price range. With he help of Sam and John cable stirling was able to get the car down to a great price and the payments I wanted!

I'm a 20 year old female and I purchased my very first car! My dad has bought 5 cars from the Northwest Honda dealership in the past 8 years! We haven't experienced any problems with any of the cars, so I knew I could trust them and be very confident about to purchase. I came in very open minded and didn't know exactly what I wanted. Peter Davis greeted us as soon as we pulled up. My dad has worked with him in the past with purchasing cars and he is the guy that will listen you out and get you exactly what you want! He did everything he could to keep both of us satisfied and recommended that we take a look at the new Civic. Both, my dad and I loved everything about the car, the exterior and especially the interior. I love the touch screen display, phone connectivity, motor power seats/heated, camaras, very friendly on fuel and not to forget the turbo:) The manager Paul Binder went above and beyond in providing us with the right price and with the lowest interest rate available. To put everything in one sentence, I would definately go back there without a doubt and recommend all my friends and family to go there first! That day I drove home with the car that treats me very well!!!

Needed electrical testing, new Honda battery (installed) and an oil change+ extra diagnosis. Got all that for $205, Can't beat it with a stick!

Went in for an oil change and was treated well. They did a good job and got a car wash ticket . The car run well and the service employees where professional.

Elliot and the rest of the team I worked with at NW Honda made this experience so much nicer than expected. A huge thanks to Elliot for his patience while I took the time I needed to ensure this was the right car for me. I love my Pilot and hope to continue to rave about it and the service I get at NW Honda for years to come!!
