very comfortable atmosphere

Adam made the whole process seamless. Very knowledgeable about the car that we wanted to purchase. Excellent customer service. Made the car purchase very easy.

Outstanding! weeks later back for a second car

Experience leasing my new car at Infiniti of Naperville was outstanding. Entire staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and so helpful. Sean Pelkey went above and beyond!! Mike Swanson thoroughly explained my new vehicle during delivery and answered all my questions. Four weeks later and we are back to see Sean about leasing a second new Infiniti.

I saw listing on Dealers website and contacted them for Test Drive. Randy Chin was informative and explained me all the functionalities during my Test Drive. They took care of all my Paperwork and it was hassle free . I would highly recommend this Dealership.

Purchased new Q50 Infiniti

I ordered a new Q50 Infinity, through Infinity of Naperville. My sales representative, Joe Peters was very helpful throughout the entire process providing information as needed. This is the third Infiniti that I have purchased over the last 12 years from this dealer, at their current and previous location.

oil change and multipoint inspection

Service was great; they explained everything very well from the multipoint inspection. Didn't try to up sell or anything like that. Very happy; I would have given the full five stars, but the oil change tech left grease on my door sill. I didn't realize till I got home. I knew it was the tech because the inspection sheet also had grease fingerprints on it. When I go back I'll make sure to inspect the car after any work has been done on my vehicle.

Mixed review

I have mixed feelings about this. I went to this dealer because of the reviews and the inventory plus the reputation. First of the positive: Adam was my sales rep, very helpful and informative. Also ample knowledge about the cars and options. I wanted to purchase a used certified Infinity GX 35 sport. The facility is great. Coffee while you wait and very comfortable. The inventory on cars and options are excellent. The Negative: Full disclosure, this is based on my experience. After negotiating and agreeing on the sale price, went to see the finance manager. My credit is far from perfect, very good though. I was told that my finance rate % would be at 5.67% the only other way to get a reduced rate due to margins in the extended guarantee is if I choose a few of the additional add on warranties. After adding all the additions, this was going to drop my APR to 2.67%. However this would make my payment allot higher than I had budgeted for. So I talked it over with the wife, after careful consideration. I asked one more time, if I could buy the car at the agreed sales price, WITHOUT the additional warranties BUT with the 2.67% APR. I was told unfortunately no. The dealer lost a sale in my eyes. I was shocked and ended purchasing a certified BMW the next day instead. I love my new car. Oh yes by the way the interest rate on my BMW is 2.9% for 66 months with no additional guarantees. The payment right where I wanted it to be. Again, this was my experience.

My Car Buying Experience at Infiniti of Naperville

I had an excellent experience at Infiniti of Naperville when buying my used car. Adam Murczek, the car salesman, did a great job during my visit. There was no hard sell and a I feel I got a very good deal. Adam was very helpful in answering all my questions and finalizing the deal. Everyone at Infiniti of Naperville were also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend for anyone to visit Infiniti of Naperville when buying a used car. I would also recommend seeing Adam Murczek. He takes the time to listen, which to me is very important when buying a car. Thanks again. By the way, I love my Lexus! M.B.
