I first interacted with Scott Rehfeldt via the internet. I gave him the information on my potential trade and requested information on a QX56. Scott got back to me almost immediately with a fair estimate of my trade and sale price of the new car. I then went to Infiniti of Naperville and bought the new car. Amazingly, they stuck to the estimated appraisal of my trade (very rare - usually it comes down). Scott was very professional and helped me get through the process expeditiously. Ryan Indelicato did a great job thoroughly helping me understand all details of operating the new car...a great overall experience with Scott, Ryan and the dealership. I would recommend them. I'm now in my 3rd Infiniti in the last 7 years. I brought my 2011 G37X in for an oil change and left in a new 2013 G37 IPL coupe after talking with Steve Johnson while waiting for the G37X to be serviced. As usual the experience was great and Steve, Ryan, Joe T., Hilary, Ryan and Christian were extremely attentive, courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Infiniti if Naperville to other friends, family or colleagues. Great job gang!! Keep up the good work!

I purchased a G35 coupe from Infiniti of Lisle back in 2003 and had a great experience. Micah was relatively new there at the time and did a fantastic job getting my deal done... I went away very satisfied. Flash forward... 2013 and I had set my sights on a G37X coupe... Everyone has a preference as to how they like to purchase a car. I myself like limited interaction and do most of my shopping (educating) on line. I sent a request on a specific car to Micah and we exchanged emails multiple times. He was always very responsive and made me feel like I was not wasting his time. I try to discuss some detail prior to my visit so I can get to the point when I get there. I also know that when I go to the store..... Emotions kick in and its hard to resist the temptation. Well once I was to the point I needed to go to the next level .... I went in and saw the car.. It was completely as described and more than I expected. I worked the details with Micah and he made the entire experience so very smooth and easy... what a pleasure. Everyone there was nice... and the new location.. wow.. it is about a million times better than the old location. I would recommend this dealership and the folk there without hesitation. And if you happen to work with Micah... You wont be disappointed. He is a real pro.

My wife and I came in to look at and test drive an Infinit JX a couple weekends ago. Bill was super helpful and friendly, and he was able to answer all of our questions about the JX. He showed us all the functionality the JX had to offer including the folding second row, which was an important feature for us with a new baby. We were really pleased with our visit overall and are still seriously considering the JX as our next vehicle.

This is by far the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership and I have bought upwards of 60 vehicles over the last 12 years from many different dealerships. Abe Premani was a class act from start to finish. He was straight forward about everything about the vehicle and made sure we not only got a fair price but that everything was up to par on the vehicle. Although I am sure he sells many cars at a much higher price than the used Infiniti I bought, he treated me like I was buying a $100,000 car. Not just Abe though. The location is clean and classy. All the staff smile at you and say hello. There was a guy named Tony I chatted with as they were getting paperwork together. he was extremely informative and just a nice guy to talk with overall. Then comes the service department when they went over the vehicle with us. The Infiniti vehicle expert who showed me how to use everything in the vehicle and even hooked up my cellphone to the cars audio system through bluetooth. Again treating me like I was buying a brand new car. I had one complaint on the vehicle. Unfortunately a day after i bought it. I figured they would tell me to beat it. I stopped in and showed them. They fixed it. No questions asked. Two words for this place....Class Act. You have made a lifelong customer and I will always refer your dealership. Thank you for everything!
