The friendliness and customer service is outstanding. As...

The friendliness and customer service is outstanding. As we waited for our salesman Steve to finish up with another customer Scott came and greeted us, quickly making us feel at home. He wasted no time in finding the car we came for and sent us on our way for a test drive. Steve also did and outstanding job in closing the deal making us feel very comfortable with the price we were paying. We had visited another dealer in the Chicago area the week before and although the experience was ok we we felt as if they were just trying o get a sale and not relly listening to what we wanted. Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle was so much better and we will gladly recommend to anyone who is looking for a car, whether it be new or used.

We have not bought a new car in 15 years and were apprehensive of the process of working with dealers but the transaction was smooth and we were treated fairly. All of the personnel we dealt with were very nice, informative and we did not feel pressured. The dealership is a top notch facility.So far we love our G37X.

After going to several dealers to have our SUV diagnosed...

After going to several dealers to have our SUV diagnosed and told nothing was wrong. We just couldn't except the fact nothing was wrong. Seemed these other places did not care. Angalo was able to fix the problem and was very friendly to work with. Its great to see someone who cares and is willing to go the extra mile to find the root cause. Thank you Angalo!

Couldn't ask for anything more in a dealership. Amazing group of people that really make you feel at home. Fast, friendly, and very respectful. I will not take my car anywhere else. I will also be buying another car from them soon.

SIMPLY SUPERB! Both Sean and Ryan were professional, courteous, thorough and yes, fun. Infinity produces outstanding vehicles but even more noteworthy, was how impressed I found myself with all of the amazing care and service I received. From vehicle selection to my drive off the lot, this dealership gets it right at every single turn. Although typically the least pleasant step in a vehicle purchase, I found myself in and out of the financing office at lightening speed!!!!! I'm actually embarrassed to admit this, but it happened so expeditiously I can't even recall his name :-(. Sean, I can't applaud you enough for making me feel so incredibly special and truly valued as a consumer. Ryan, thank you for taking so much time and being so patient with me during the tutorial session of my new G37x! Bottom line - 5 stars is not nearly enough for this team! This was my first experience with Infinity and I already know it will not be my last. Barbara W.

I have used Drew for all my service work and he is always friendly, helpful and honest. I also just bought a new Infiniti from the dealership and Steve was great! Not at all pushy and even drove my other car home for me! Always a great place to take my car to have it serviced!

When I began considering an Infiniti I e-mailed the...

When I began considering an Infiniti I e-mailed the dealership and her back shortly afterward via e-mail from Tony and later that day via a phone call from Sean. I was provided all of the information that I requested without feeling pressured. When I was able to find some time to come into the dealership I called ahead and was told to ask for Joe. When we arrived Joe was immediately ready to help us. He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He answered all of our questions and presented us with a multitude of options. At no time in the process did we feel pressured. It felt like we were simply being provided the information we needed to figure everything out ourselves. This was by far the best experience I have ever had getting a new car. Their quoted prices were below those of other Infiniti dealers for similar cars and we felt that our final deal was more than fair. After everything had been settled Ryan walked us through all of the features of the car with very clear instructions, answered all of our questions and set up several items for us including pairing our cell phones and adding addresses into the navigation. We purchased a few additional accessories for the car, but we did not feel obligated to do so. If you are looking for an Infiniti you should definitely consider Infiniti of Naperville-Lisle.

The dealership had the vehicle displayed on the internet...

The dealership had the vehicle displayed on the internet when I arrived and gave meet a fair and reasonable price that was under KBB's price. There was no pressure to buy and all the sales consultants were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was certified pre-owned and they provided a Carfax report, further assuring me that I was getting a nice vehicle for a great value. I highly recommend this dealership for all of your new and used car purchases.
