The employee making the appointment was very pleasant and helpful. The service was finished in a timely manner and all employees were quite friendly. The only this I am disappointed in is they did not vacuum the inside of the car, otherwise I was very satisfied.

Excellent Service Rep
Leo is amazing and has been giving me straight answers I trust. I don't feel like I'm getting the run around. My vehicle was bought new from Downtown Honda in 1991 and I continue to bring it back due to people like Leo that continue to know what service means!

BRAND NEW USED 2006 RIDGELINE WITH 14,000 MILES
I felt like we were on the same page from the time I started asking questions, till the process was finished. No pressure, just a couple of guys talking about the merits of one vehicle over another. The only hitch was some confusion, between my wife and I, on which day we were going to have it detailed. I was right, (I'm running about 50%) and I couldn't get the used sales manager to call her and tell her she was wrong.

The best part of this deal was getting what I wanted, a 2015 Honda Fit, for a very reasonable price; getting an excellent trade-in value on my 2015 Honda Fit and doing it within a few hours. Thanks to all involved, especially Ron and Nathan! Also, thank you to the excellent service crew who put the Century coverage on my vehicle in a short time (under two hours for something that can usually take 3 1/2 hours). Looking forward to enjoying many years in my sporty red car!

I like the fact that I deal with one guy in service. he welcomes me,he gives me my info,he's polite and cheerful, he walks me to the van and he's my guy when I pick up my rig. I like the fact that he sounds friendly but not "scripted". I cant remember his name but he was great! I have no complaints whatsoever.
