Scheduled Maintenance
LHM Service department folks are friendly/courteous, communicate and explain what repairs need to be completed and answer any questions that I have. Service is done on time. Shuttle service is very good too.

Total Care Maintenance Plan B is misleading
In September 17, 2017 I bought one of the Service Specials promotions, Total Care Maintenance Plan B, for three oil changes at $75 in the Larry H. Miller Honda Spokane Downtown. Since I don't put any significant mileage to my car, a Honda Civic, a year went by before I scheduled I appointed a second oil change on October 22, 2018. I was informed then by Larry H. Miller staff that I would not be able to do any other oil change since I had not made my respective service in the 1 year period required by the promotion. At the time of my first visit, when I made the first oil change I was never informed of this small print. The staff claim it is in the contract, which was never provided to me and it was never found in their system/files per my request at the end of my second visit. This promotion is deceitful and misleading, not to the level of customer satisfaction that it is expected by the Honda brand.

After two tries from me to contact this place, since my call was never returned, I received no convincing explanation regarding why the 1 year period is required to make my second and consequently my third oil change as I had prepaid (Oil expires... after how long, most of the web sites mention two years?). I requested the contract where all this is supposed to be written...still waiting.

Great Service! Helpful and Informative. Very friendly and explained everything I needed in a useful format. Everyone seemed happy and it was a pleasant atmosphere!

Fast positive experience
Jaun delgato and Zak were awesome and worked together as a great team The finance guy got me a great payment and they were all very personable and treated myself and my partner with respect and I actually had a lot of fun while there. They also followed me home for to pick up a signed check so I would have to drive back again! I worked the grave shift and they told me to sleep as long as I needed and then we could complete my purchase. I went home with the perfect car for me. The monthly payment is even lower than I expected. This isn’t second time with HHM and the Honda staff is 100% in my opinion. I have and will continue to refer people to this place. Thanks guys for everything- I mean it ;)

SRS code covered under warranty
Warranty covered the light. Bought 3 oil changes , rep mentioned they would be synthetic blend oil . Receipt says conventional? Did someone not relay the message? Shouldn't the receipt say synthetic blend? Just curious. Over all friendly quick service.
