LHM Honda Dealership to the rescue

Serious mechanical problems with my car prevented me from getting it up here on my move from CA to WA. LHM Honda Dealership not only helped me get my car up here, but once here, solved the serious mechanical problem that two other dealerships in CA couldn't and didn't find. I'm a very happy Honda owner once again!

Great car buying experience

From test drive to trade-in, negotiation, sales rep Jen was so helpful. Waiting over 2 hours for paperwork completion the only drawback. Buying a car does take time, and we give them a big thumbs up.

Great Experience

Bill was super responsive and helpful from the start - calling me within minutes of my online inquiry. I requested a smooth and quick process, and he did his best to accommodate that, even grabbing dinner for my son as we waited to finalize the paperwork. Robert in finance was thorough and efficient, providing helpful information on my warranty refund for my trade in. I am thrilled with my Pilot and the experience overall.

Excellent experience.

Took vehicle promptly and delivered on time. Informed me of tire tread depth and suggested a specific type of tire to replace my current factory tires.

Good service

They got my car finished very quickly. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the new facilities. One of the cleanest fresh smelling bathrooms in town. Would recommend to friend

Service provided during unexpected problem was excellent

While on a road trip on road trip from Orlando, FL I experienced unexpected problem with my gear shifter in my 2017 Honda CRV. I was able to coordinated the the Service and Parts Department at Larry Miller Honda for them to have the part available and installed while we were travelling through Spokane. When we arrived at the dealer we were treated very courteously and professional by their representatives and the service provided was excellent. We were at the dealership less than an hour and were able to continue our trip with minimal delay. I was surprised and very pleased with the Service provided by this dealership and would most assuredly recommend them. If I could rate them higher than the five stars I definitely would.

Very happy

Mike Green has sold me two cars in last 3 years. I called him to look for a used second car. I am out of state so family member looked at two cars he recommended, negotiated price with Andrew. I did not meet or negotiate with Andrew, who sold me the car. So my only recommendation is to Mike who has done very well by me.

Extra Step Service

We were headed out of town & realized our CRV needed a LOF first. Your wonderful Service Dept had us drop off the vehicle on Saturday & worked us in. We were done before noon! And Eric suggested a filter we were thankful for when driving thru smoke on I-90. Thanks a bunch.

Stranded in Spokane

Finding ourselves 2000 miles from home with repairs needed on our honda minivan, the employees at Larry Miller did everything possible to help my family and get us back to our vacation plans. We really appreciate their understanding, and support.
