Works hard for the customer

We had a specific need for a van and a tight budget to work with. They took time to work with us and get our family into the van and payments we needed. Thank you Randy.

Extraordinary Service

I moved from New York City to Spokane. Many New Yorkers don't have cars, and I was one of those. I have never bought a car before. My salesperson really tried to find the best deal and most appropriate vehicle for us. The whole operation was turnkey; that is, the cars, the financing, the insurance, and the obtaining of license plates from the DMV. Everyone was extremely pleasant, and I, as a jaded New Yorker, have to admit that I was very surprised. I don't think that buying a car in New York would have gone this smoothly. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership.

Lexus RX350

Our salesman was great! Everything was good up until I signed the dotted line and it’s weeks out and I am still waiting on final papers to go through with my bank for my trade in and I’ve called, emailed, responded to a general managers email stating that I have requested my warranty THREE times now since they asked that I email them and still nothing. Very disappointing given my initial experience with them.

Air Conditioner Quick Fix

My 2010 Accord air conditioner failed me on a very hot day. Larry H. Miller was able to quickly get me in for that service and also do a safety check. The service desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with and obviously seem to enjoy their job. The service was completed timely and at an affordable cost. I definitely would highly recommend Harry H. Miller dealership to friends and family!

Quick and friendly

I love getting my oil changed here because I know it will be fast and efficient. They even let me change my appt at the last minute with no problem.

Great experience

My first experience was not great. I decided to come back and give it another try after a few months. I worked with Nick and he was absolutely great! I let him know about the first experience I had and he apologized and let me know that he was going to make sure this time was a good one. He was personable and didnt try to put me into any car other than the ones I told him I was interested in. He definitely made up for the first experience I had and I will now recommend this location.

Spent all day but worth it

I have one of a very few 2018 Civic Hatchback SPORTS.What a beautiful car.
