Worst experience buying a car in my life. 355 Toyota is a Bait and switch, lies, threats, broken promises and wasting time are what we experienced. If we had had other options for the car we wanted, we would have taken them. I don't think they are too different than other dealerships during the pandemic, but they certainly aren't better. I look forward to the day when buying a car did not involve dealing with people like this. The worst Sales manager in maryland. Overpriced and Hidden scam fees.

Went to the Dealership and The managers did not slove any problems and they said overcharging and cheating customers is the new way they will be doing business from now on. I do not recommend 355 toyota for new or used cars at all or will ever do business with. The Method to Overcharge Cheat customers with $5,000- $13,000 Dealer Scam markups over msrp. Is a complete lack of honest way to do business and no longer wroth to ever do business with. the most overpriced dealership in Maryland. Never Buy or recommend 355 Toyota to Anyone!

Great service and they know they’re stuff. I would 100% recommend getting you car with German Gochez Jacobo is the best finance man! HOSTILE USED SALES MANAGERS

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A USED CAR!!! I am writing this review because i experienced the most disgusting and hostile experiences of my life by one of your used car sales manager ODWAR BRIZUELA. I purchased a 2019 Toyota Highlander LE on July 10, 2021. When test driving the car, my husband I noticed the breaks were very low, the sales manager assured us it passed inspection but my husband had q bad feeling about the brakes and asked to have the brakes checked by the dealership (it is written in the sales contract). I began to have trouble with the brakes and I came the speak with the sales person Cesar Peña that sold us the car 10 days later. The manager Franklin gave us a run around and would not give us a clear answer. The car sat in the lot untouched for days. The first time we took it to the shop the car had no work done and it was confirmed by the shop garage today. We recently found out the manager Franklin was fired so I came to the shop today 09/27 to speak with the new used sales manager Odwar. We were told that we we needed to pay $900 to change the brakes because they were bad but this car was inspected and SOLD TO US with bad brakes. The own shop confirms it! When speaking with the used sales manager ODWAR BRIZUELA , he said this is not “his problem because he was not the person that sold us the car”. After I told him I was going to inform his managers of his behavior, he proceeded to tell me that “He was done talking and GET OUT OF MY OFFICE!!” He stood up and waived his arms in my face - trying to push me out the office and kept telling me “GET OUF OF MY OFFICE OR IM CALLING THE POLICE”. He was hostile, intimidating and proceeded to yell while his coworkers stood and watch. I called my husband, started crying and left to go to the main office building to seek help. You expect to sell a car with bad brakes, it is written in the contract and when we come to seek help, we get told to get out the office and that the police will be called? Is this the way Darcar does business with long time customers? I am sad to write this review and in disbelief that people like Odward represent your brand and company values. I hope that this is escalated to management and that you watch it he security cameras. I don’t understand how a woman can be treated like this. I am asking that your company cover the cost of the required repair and review how your employees are trained to handle complaints.

I just had a car accident. We need to find a car that fits for our family going to be four this January. We are so blessed and thankful for the life of our dealer agent Sukhbir Singh. He help us to get the every month rate in the highlander car that my husband like. We learned from him ideas in getting new car. He is very patient and approachable. Thank you Suki. We are enjoying the new car now. We will never forget this experienced and for sure we will comeback here next time we want to get another car... Highly recommended.

As we were looking at a 2021 RAV4 Limited in the sales...

As we were looking at a 2021 RAV4 Limited in the sales lot, Kelly Shields walked up to us to see if we needed help. We knew she was the salesperson for us as soon as we met her. She is so nice, respectful, not pushy, helpful and knowledgeable. She was so very easy to work with and we drove off with that new RAV4 in a few hours. We were satisfied with the trade-in amount we were given for our 2010 RAV4 Limited. I recommend Kelly Shields for any new car purchase you are considering. She is a joy to work with and definitely blessed our experience and our day!
