This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thomas Lynch (our salesman) went out of his way to do anything for us. Which included letting us drive 8 different vehicles without batting an eye. When I did find my perfect vehicle, he did everything in his power to make it perfect for me. The financing was easy and they even beat the rate I had a pre-approval for. I cannot say enough wonderful things for the experience I had at James Wood!!

The service dept did a great job of getting our Yukon
The service dept did a great job of getting our Yukon repaired under warranty and gave it a good wash before returning it to us.

Very enjoyable dealership to do business with. My father was the CFO of the Chevrolet dealership in Longview TX for 31 years so I had an excellent experience with them. James Woods is the first dealership that I have had the same positive experiences with since my father's retirement 25 years ago. Shawn Hooe is my service advisor and an excellent one. I will use no other dealership.

Always a great experience. People are so nice and friendly. Always asking if I need anything while I’m waiting. Would never buy from anyone else. Service department is exceptional. Have bought over 10 vehicles from them. New and used. I have never had a problem with any of them
