Traded My Lease in For a 2018 Chevy Equinox

This is the third vehicle I have owned/leased from Driver's Village. The experience has been great. Professional, knowledgeable staff (Mike Polczak was the Product Specialist). Product knowledge and communications skills are top notch. It has been a pleasure doing business with Burdick's Driver's Village. I would definitely recommend Driver's Village to my friends and associates.

They didn't even respond to my request. I was checking to see if a car was available. Will never go into dealership because they couldn't even bother to respond.

Great all around experience

Great clean service department...stick to the quoted time and kept me abreast of the situation at all times...the dealership has a ton of stock and makes it easy to find the best vehicle for you!

Great buying experience!

Volkswagen Sales, 2017 Wolfsburg Tiquan

Ryan Edwards is a great asset for Burdick and VW. I have never dealt with a salesman as patient, accomodating and polite. He went above and beyond and was the main reason I decided to go with Burdick VW. I would highly recommend Ryan Edwards to anyone who is considering a VW

Routine Oil Change

Called and made an apt to get my wife's Audi Q7 an oil change. They go is in with no problem. We took the car over, the facility looks great. Mike the service writer came out and talk w us took the keys and said what time do you need it back. I said 12:00 if you could. He said no problem. Mike called me early the car was done. Just as he promised! The car was clean in the lot. We took it home. Well two days later my wife's oil light came on. I thought mabey they didn't reset it for the next time it is due. The following day the minimal oil light comes on and I look out at our new concrete drive way to find where the oil was that was supposed to be in the car. I called Mime he said bring it in and we will fix it and he apologized. I said it's not your fault you didn't do the work. We took the car back over I told mike I wanted the under garage cleaned as it wS covered with oil and dripping. Mike called that the car was done. Went in he told us that it was the oil filter and he spoke with the manager and the manager said I guess we are going to have to do some training on changing oil if this is going to happen. Mike stated they cleaned the engine and undercarriage. We walked out to find the Car filthy. I went back in and ask did you say they cleaned the engine and undercarriage? He said yes I said why didn't they continue with the rest of the car? He gave me the story that the wash bay is unde construction and it takes 35 min to get it washed. He called me at 10:20 and I told him we would be there around noon. Plenty of time to get it done! Trying to purchase: I asked mike the first time we were there who he would recommend at the Porsche dealership as we want to look into buying one. He said Lee I will talk to him and have him all you. Lee never called so I called and left him a message. The following week Lee called and I said Lee I called you Last week and mike spoke with you Last week. He said ya I'm just getting to my messages. Obviously Lee has enough business and is not really hungry for another sale! We will. It be buying there as if it stayers like this what would the experience w the sale and service be like

Burdick Mitsubishi - Tomas Farrance is awesome!

Just bought a '17 Lancer! Absolutely love the car, and the shopping experience! Tomas Farrance is amazing! He was extremely patient with all my inquires & visits, and worked very hard to help me obtain an excellent deal that well exceeded my expectations!

service department needs help

I would not recommend this place for service, they should really not advertise no appointment necessary if they aren't gonna back it up.

Purchased Used Vehicle

Purchasing the vehicle was relatively easy but I paid cash. Communications wasn't the best. Less than a week and the tire was flat and I had only drove it home. I contacted dealer who stated they would get back to me but they never did. I contacted them again as it was still going low and I was get a pretty significant vibration between 40-45 mph. No response from dealership or salesman.

2500 hd denali duramax service at Drivers Village

let me start by saying I'm particular and impatient about my truck. A check engine light came on the dash. read the code at home and didn't want a reduced power mode to kick in. Brian , my service contact gathered the info and off it went. Called me two hrs latter with the results. the parts would be here in the morning so it would be ready the next day. I must have called 5 times ( pita) with other concerns. they were very patient with me. When i picked it up Brian walked me out to talk with Rob the tech to answer all my questions. Truck was washed and dried and looking great. I've found my service home. Thank you
