Great Service Rep!
So happy to share our compliments regarding your Chevrolet/GMC service department. We have had two different vehicles in this year and in both cases have worked with "Sean" to arrange and coordinate the work. Earlier this year our vintage Corvette was experiencing a no run situation. The vehicle had been sold to an out of state buyer who was scheduled to pick up the car in 5 days. Working with Sean, we were able to coordinate the Tow truck delivery, indoor storage and timely repair. Knowing that time was critical to me and Sean kept us updated on the progress so that we could confirm the sale of the vehicle. Later this year we had a warranty issue (Clutch Fan) with our GMC Denali and again we spoke with Sean to schedule the vehicle, during the drop off and pickup. Yesterday we brought the Denali for recall(s) work and were happy to be again greeted by Sean. He actually remembered our last visit, including the nature of the previous warranty work. He inquired if everything was still working fine and told us he wanted to make sure we were happy with the service. In all of the above cases Sean has called us to discuss the repairs and timeline required to complete them. Most importantly to us, during each of our visits, Sean has called us to the tell us as soon as the vehicle was done. I cannot explain how important that is. There is NOTHING more frustrating than being required to call a dealership repeatedly to learn when vehicle is ready. (once I was even told "You should have called earlier... that was ready first thing this morning"! In short, when experiencing a problem with your car, the service writer you talk with IS the dealership. If he or she treats you like you are an aggravation it doesn't matter if the dealership is a Taj Mahal, or the biggest, or the cheapest, your not going back. To your credit you have people like Sean on your staff. He makes a very large dealership feel very small town. I don't know what you pay him...but it's not enough! Greg Swain
We purchased a Kia Sportage 2016 from Greg Swain, our salesman at Driver's Village. Greg is a well informed personable salesman, who made our deal happen!!! Greg made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. Before we left the Driver's Village lot, Greg made sure that we knew about everything our new Kia had to offer, all the options. Greg setup our Bluetooth, which we absolutely knew nothing about. Greg is a great asset, to Driver's Village, we recommend him highly. We would definitely ask for GREG again.

My Favorite Chevy Dealership
At Burdick Chevy, I always am taken very good care of, the staff is always AWESOME, and Burdick Chevy is my dealership of choice. I go there for service because I need a solution to a problem, and I always walk out feeling great because it's always a pleasant surprise how easy everything is and a load is always taken off my mind.

Great repair work
I drove in with an electrical issue that had prevented getting my car inspected. They fixed it quickly, gave me an inspection, and only charged me for the 20 minutes it took to fix the problem (plus the cost of the inspection, of course). Great people, who definitely know what they're doing, and do it well. Next time I have an issue, I know exactly who I'm taking it to.

Burdick Lincoln
Tried to get a 2017 Lincoln MKZ. While test driving, the finance manager put together the worst deal you can offer and went home. Probably because it was a Saturday. I could not change anything and they were offering me a low trade in for my car. I said I will think about it and maybe come back. Went to another Lincoln dealer and got what I wanted and bought the new car. Customer service goes a long way.

I have heard and read bad things about drivers village so I was reluctant to go there. I must say that the Chevy /GMC people were awesome. They helped me get a new car and get out of two other car loans I had from a bad divorce. I had a great experience with them. Just want to say thank you to Erin and Adam for being cool. Kathryn Wolff - New Jeep Compass
I wanted to take the time to share my experience. I originally had an appointment with a sales manager to test drive a used Jeep Compass, who ended up leaving early for the day before my arrival. I was disappointed at first and wasn't sure how this would really turn out. I was handed off to Jesse Scheider. Jesse is very pleasant and answered most of my question during the test drive. I had done my research on the car and was very interested in it. In comes sales manager Steve Wisiniewski t work the deal. The monthly payment was coming too high for me. I explained where I really needed to be and the most that I could afford in budget. Steve really listened to me and worked to make that happen! Tome, he went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. He even found the color I was looking for! Jesse is new, but Steve was the driving force and closed the sale. He is truly an asset for your dealership, and I will highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car. I can not thank him enough - I truly appreciate all he has done for me! Ps... I absolutely LOVE my new car.

From start to finish a great experience! I recently had hit a deer and was in need of a new vehiclemail fast. I was so upset to lose my VUE but the sales associate, Dustin, was amazing in finding me a new car. Originally I wanted an SUV since that's what I had, but he took the time, almost all day, to make sure I had exactly what I really wanted and needed. From talking with him I knew reliability and best bang for my buck was what I really needed. Dustin couldn't have been more patient and understanding of my indecisiveness. Such a better experience than I could have hoped for!

I had a great car buying experience at Drivers Village KIA, no pressure that is why I shop here. I made an appointment on-line and Lori Sears was there to great me when I got there and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the KIA Optima that I was purchasing. We took a test drive and I decided to purchase the car. When I picked up the car, everything went smoothly with Lori and signing the paperwork with Debbie, I was out of there in an hour.
