Very sad
I'll preface this by saying, there is no need for anyone from the dealership to respond to this. I figure if you can't return calls or honor appointments, then don't bother with a generic reply. You see, when you apologize, that means you understand the mistake and you won't let it happen again and we all know it will happen again so stop with the apologies that hold no merit. As a Christian man, I feel sad I even have to write this but I think the general public should go in with as much knowledge as possible. You see, I have purchased 5 different vehicles from Drivers Village and when I went for my sixth, I was blown off and had terrible service so I stayed away for the past 7 years or so. Well, last week I drove in and saw a nice used Jeep and it was parked on the side of the Heep dealership, I walked in to ask if it was still available and Ryan said he would check and he did. He said it is but it's being sold at the warehouse so I needed to go in there to work a deal, he also told me to ask for Hector because he used to sell jeeps. So, On Monday I called and set up an appointment and I said I'd like to make an appointment if the vehicle is available for a test drive, I was told it was and I received an email confirming my appointment with Mike I believe his name was, he is the warehouse manager. So I got there at 3:45pm, my appointment was at 4. I see my name up on the screen and a nice young man approached me and he said he would let mike know I was there. He came back without Mike and said he would get me a sales person. I told him I was told to ask for Hector so off he went to get Hector. 10 minutes later he returned and said Hector was busy so he would help me. I can't remember his name, I told him about the Jeep I was there to see so he went back again to talk to Mike and Mike told him the Jeep is being sold at the Jeep dealership. I explained I was already there and they sent me here. Well, off he went to find out where the jeep was and returned about 20 minutes later. He informs me the Jeep is going in to be certified so it's not available right now to test drive or even sell. He stated it would be about a week and he would call me when its ready. 5 days went by I hear nothing in dayv6 I drive by and the Jeep is all clean looking pretty on the front lot at the Jeep dealership again. I'll need to back up, when I left the first day, I said to the young sales guy, "When it's ready I get first shot at it right?" Hw assured me I do and we shook hands. Day 7 still nobody calls. Also, I received a survey asking how my experience was. I clea6had to mark each question with a NO because that was factual. Sadly, still no reply. I drove by again this morning, 4-17-21, Jeep is still in the same spot, The warehouse manager never called, sales guy never called, and no reply from the survey. I honestly find it difficult that things actually run this way, not once, not twice, but several times. Yeah, I was very interested in this Jeep and I was going to buy it outright in cash but ya know, there are many other Jeeps out there and I'm not in dire need for a vehicle so, I'll just strike this up as the final straw and go elsewhere. I honestly can't believe Rodger Burdick is letting his business be run like this. Yes, it's sad, I'm sad for him. Some of the managers need to go work at Chic fil A to learn what customer service really is.

STAY AWAY!!
bought a used Jeep liberty. on the drive home, the check engine light came on, and i found that a headlight was out (and it somehow passed a NYS inspection). next day i discovered a muffler leak. brought it back for warranty repairs. the day i got it back the check engine light came on again. brought it back for repairs again. i could not get any communication from the service department as to when my car would be fixed. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up. towed back for repairs. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up again! towed back again for repairs. The dealer will not make ANY concessions for all of the issues. and now i am out of warranty and out of luck.

Beware
Set up an appointment to test drive. Car was sold and never called. Traveled 40 minutes. Just wanted to get us there to see if they could sell a different car. Bad practices, no courtesy, unethical.

Sold the car I had a $500 deposit on
We left a $500 deposit on a car. The day before our scheduled “VIP” appointment to pick up the car they notified us that they sold it to someone else. A very very upset young lady who this car was for. Not a trustworthy dealer!!

Dirty car never cleaned
I bought a 2017 Kia all wheel drive it was al scratched on the hood now to be fair they gave me a appointment to buff it but I just never went my better judgment said have some other do it and clean it inside. Now I say that because you could see the inside of the car was never ever cleaned like other car dealers do. It was in the garage it was dark couldn’t see the condition of the inside of the car. When I left into the sunny day I was shocked again I paid to have it cleaned!!! I have have bought about 6 cars some were ok clean others unbelievable and the sales man was very rushed has never gave me any money off the vehicle just once never!! thrown in like a free automatic starter it was more about putting his name on the key chain. One time the first year I bought a used 09 keep liberty at the time it was only 3 years old good shape. First winter 1800.00 replaced heater core and blender door but it’s warranty was past to bad for me!!!! I feel so stupid to keep going back! One car I removed the drivers village license plate bracket he was angry over that one. But I am done and this time I mean done it was all about that big pay check for him I had many friends I told go elsewhere.

Warranty/recall service
Took months to get an appointment for a vehicle recall. Told us to expect up to 8 hours for repair so shouldn't wait for it; actually took 1.5 hours with most of that time made up of trying to sell additional , unnecessary services for thousands of dollars. Did not authorize a 27 point vehicle inspection. Did not ask for an AC check in 20 degree weather! Don't touch anything that isn't involved with the recall. You were only yo be looking at the undercarriage. Ridiculous. Just honor the recall and leave the rest of the vehicle maintenance up to the owner. We don't use your overpriced facility for any of our vehicles and never will.

Do NOT go to drivers village buick service center!
I recently brought my 2015 buick into the buicks service center at drivers village for repairs. They replaced the water pump and thermostat. I picked the car up 4 days later with a huge expense bill..outrageous prices. The day after I brought it home, the car is now in worst condition than when I had brought it in the first time. And now they want to charge me again to fix it again. Hahaha I don't think so. You broke my car and now you want me to pay to fix it? Nope. Worst place ever

Worst dealership in all of NY
drove from Niagara falls to drivers village to pick a 2018 sti. made it half way home and every light on the dash came on, and car went into limp mode. called the sales dept back and they made me an appt there. I stressed to them that I live over three hours away and if I make this trip I need the car fixed. I show up for my appointment and within five minutes and the service dept tells me there's nothing they can do, and to go try a dealership? a month later and my car is still not fixed, still stuck in limp mode. RYAN MARCHEWKA AND KARLYN VAZQUEZ seem to think they don't have to address this issue and think the problem will go away. WORST DEALERSHIP IN ALL OF NY HANDS DOWN. I will never spend another penny there and if I hear that someone is thinking of buying a car from them I will suggest you run the other way worst experience of my life.
