NEVER AGAIN
Bought a used 2015 GMC Terrain in September 2020. While test driving it, we heard a noise, and were assured it would be looked into and fixed. Brought home on a Thursday night. Saturday, 2 days later, making horrible noises and check engine light on. Called to potentially return it because law says I can bring it back within 3 days, no questions. Of course, they closed at 6PM, when this happened, and were also closed Sunday. Oops, 3 day period over. Finally get it checked out, was informed the control arm brushing was suuuuper not good. Interestingly, it passed inspection for me to drive it off, despite the fact that a broken control arm, even if it wasnt fully busted yet, would have absolutely been caught if an ACTUAL inspection had taken place. Get it fixed, to the tune of $360ish, few days later, check engine light on again. Bring it in, this times its a massive electrical issue. After a lot of stress and borderline yelling, the cowardly manager who refused to ever speak with me agreed to cover the expense. Has been a headache ever since. Always making new noises or having new issues. I will never go back to the Warehouse as long as I have other options. BUT i must say, John in Customer Service was AMAZING and I am soooo so so grateful I was working with him, because otherwise I would have lost it.

Customer service and quality at its worst!
Purchased a 2016 f150 from them. Before I bought it I went and looked at it and went over something’s that were wrong with it that I wanted fixed. They assured me it would be taken care of at no extra cost. When I went to pic vehicle up I noticed the tailgate handle they put in wasn’t painted like it’s supposed to be just primed they refused to do anything about it. I may have missed them the fist time but when picking up a found about 5 new scratches and dings on vehicle. Then to make it even worse the RF brake pads were on backwards and they passed it through nysi like that. After I got the brakes fixed having to wait an extra hour, on my 3hr ride home the Bluetooth wasn’t working. I called them and they said to try it again with a different phone. When I got home same thing with different phone. I got it diagnosed by a local ford dealer and it needs a apim. I called them and they said they would only fix it if I brought it back to them, a 6hr round trip and they couldn’t guarantee they would have the part that day. They refused to split the bill with me to get it done locally. They acted like they didn’t care and managers never returned my calls. Very poor customer service and seem to be a money hungry business. Not to mention a xxxx poor service center that seems like they can’t do anything right. Would not even recommend to anyone!

Very sad
I'll preface this by saying, there is no need for anyone from the dealership to respond to this. I figure if you can't return calls or honor appointments, then don't bother with a generic reply. You see, when you apologize, that means you understand the mistake and you won't let it happen again and we all know it will happen again so stop with the apologies that hold no merit. As a Christian man, I feel sad I even have to write this but I think the general public should go in with as much knowledge as possible. You see, I have purchased 5 different vehicles from Drivers Village and when I went for my sixth, I was blown off and had terrible service so I stayed away for the past 7 years or so. Well, last week I drove in and saw a nice used Jeep and it was parked on the side of the Heep dealership, I walked in to ask if it was still available and Ryan said he would check and he did. He said it is but it's being sold at the warehouse so I needed to go in there to work a deal, he also told me to ask for Hector because he used to sell jeeps. So, On Monday I called and set up an appointment and I said I'd like to make an appointment if the vehicle is available for a test drive, I was told it was and I received an email confirming my appointment with Mike I believe his name was, he is the warehouse manager. So I got there at 3:45pm, my appointment was at 4. I see my name up on the screen and a nice young man approached me and he said he would let mike know I was there. He came back without Mike and said he would get me a sales person. I told him I was told to ask for Hector so off he went to get Hector. 10 minutes later he returned and said Hector was busy so he would help me. I can't remember his name, I told him about the Jeep I was there to see so he went back again to talk to Mike and Mike told him the Jeep is being sold at the Jeep dealership. I explained I was already there and they sent me here. Well, off he went to find out where the jeep was and returned about 20 minutes later. He informs me the Jeep is going in to be certified so it's not available right now to test drive or even sell. He stated it would be about a week and he would call me when its ready. 5 days went by I hear nothing in dayv6 I drive by and the Jeep is all clean looking pretty on the front lot at the Jeep dealership again. I'll need to back up, when I left the first day, I said to the young sales guy, "When it's ready I get first shot at it right?" Hw assured me I do and we shook hands. Day 7 still nobody calls. Also, I received a survey asking how my experience was. I clea6had to mark each question with a NO because that was factual. Sadly, still no reply. I drove by again this morning, 4-17-21, Jeep is still in the same spot, The warehouse manager never called, sales guy never called, and no reply from the survey. I honestly find it difficult that things actually run this way, not once, not twice, but several times. Yeah, I was very interested in this Jeep and I was going to buy it outright in cash but ya know, there are many other Jeeps out there and I'm not in dire need for a vehicle so, I'll just strike this up as the final straw and go elsewhere. I honestly can't believe Rodger Burdick is letting his business be run like this. Yes, it's sad, I'm sad for him. Some of the managers need to go work at Chic fil A to learn what customer service really is.

STAY AWAY!!
bought a used Jeep liberty. on the drive home, the check engine light came on, and i found that a headlight was out (and it somehow passed a NYS inspection). next day i discovered a muffler leak. brought it back for warranty repairs. the day i got it back the check engine light came on again. brought it back for repairs again. i could not get any communication from the service department as to when my car would be fixed. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up. towed back for repairs. got it back, a week later the brakes locked up again! towed back again for repairs. The dealer will not make ANY concessions for all of the issues. and now i am out of warranty and out of luck.

Beware
Set up an appointment to test drive. Car was sold and never called. Traveled 40 minutes. Just wanted to get us there to see if they could sell a different car. Bad practices, no courtesy, unethical.

Sold the car I had a $500 deposit on
We left a $500 deposit on a car. The day before our scheduled “VIP” appointment to pick up the car they notified us that they sold it to someone else. A very very upset young lady who this car was for. Not a trustworthy dealer!!

Dirty car never cleaned
I bought a 2017 Kia all wheel drive it was al scratched on the hood now to be fair they gave me a appointment to buff it but I just never went my better judgment said have some other do it and clean it inside. Now I say that because you could see the inside of the car was never ever cleaned like other car dealers do. It was in the garage it was dark couldn’t see the condition of the inside of the car. When I left into the sunny day I was shocked again I paid to have it cleaned!!! I have have bought about 6 cars some were ok clean others unbelievable and the sales man was very rushed has never gave me any money off the vehicle just once never!! thrown in like a free automatic starter it was more about putting his name on the key chain. One time the first year I bought a used 09 keep liberty at the time it was only 3 years old good shape. First winter 1800.00 replaced heater core and blender door but it’s warranty was past to bad for me!!!! I feel so stupid to keep going back! One car I removed the drivers village license plate bracket he was angry over that one. But I am done and this time I mean done it was all about that big pay check for him I had many friends I told go elsewhere.

Warranty/recall service
Took months to get an appointment for a vehicle recall. Told us to expect up to 8 hours for repair so shouldn't wait for it; actually took 1.5 hours with most of that time made up of trying to sell additional , unnecessary services for thousands of dollars. Did not authorize a 27 point vehicle inspection. Did not ask for an AC check in 20 degree weather! Don't touch anything that isn't involved with the recall. You were only yo be looking at the undercarriage. Ridiculous. Just honor the recall and leave the rest of the vehicle maintenance up to the owner. We don't use your overpriced facility for any of our vehicles and never will.
