My sales representative was Gabby Battaglia. She is very helpful. I purchased a used 2011 BMW 328i Sedan. She provided the carfax report and was very helpful in setting up a test drive. We worked out a price thru her manager that I liked. The issue I had was that the trunk needed to be cleaned out but Gabby worked really hard to get it cleaned. I would definitely go back to Gabby to purchase another vehicle.

My experience with Syed Zaidi and the MB Tysons Corner location has been phenomenal to say the least. I actually reside in Maryland and have visited plenty of Mercedes-Benz locations near me in search of my next car, however when searching for a C-Class I found a particular spec C class in the Tysons location inventory. On reaching out to the dealership I was connected to Syed Zaidi. From the moment of initial interaction and speaking to him about the vehicle I was searching for, he seemed very genuine to help! Once Syed captured further information on the car, he made sure I was provided with ALL the information I requested and more. We discussed a time for a test drive and review for the weekend and BOOM. I fell in love with the car. The best part of the entire purchasing process was that Syed and the entire Tysons MB team made the entire experience smooth, simple, and quick. Syed was very genuine in making sure I was happy with the vehicle I was picking out, as well as the Price I was willing to pay for it! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was picking out, which made me feel very confidant with my purchase decision.
