August 13, 1017 ~ Megan and Imad went above and beyond during our entire purchasing process ~ I had leased a white 2015 E Class from the dealership two years ago and was back recently to lease the new 2017 E Class as I love this model~ I know I tested Megan & Imad's patience on our multiple visits to the dealership as decision making doesn't always come easy to me ~ in spite of all my questions and contstant waverimg they were wonderful. I was never pushed to make a decision nor was I put into a high pressure situation~ they were pleasant and personable . FINALLY, I made up my mind and walked out of the showroom with keys in hand. I would highly recommend them both as well as this dealership if you are considering a Mercedes. I had a specific interior/exterior color combination request that proved challenging to find. But Hannah, my sales rep, kept searching until she found exactly what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process she exhibited patience and a pleasant demeanor. I would recommend asking for her.

Hannah Suh insured from a telephone call the Mercedes-Benz GLE43 AMG that we found online met our requirement. She went out to the vehicle, took a video and sent us the video by a text message, insuring the vehicle had a dark screen covering the Panamara Roof...a necessity we required to reduce sun-blinding brightness on a sunny day. She then held the car for us so that no one purchased it before we arrived from our 4hr drive to Tyson's Corner. Sales Manager Nan Wang then provided an ethical and pleasant sales experience. Mecedes-Benz of Tyson's Corner is blessed to have such amazingly professional and customer friendly staff. We truly love our new Benz AMG SUV...in comparison to the BMW X5 we traded in...no contest.
