Our salesman, Ahmed was attentive and very knowledgeable

Our salesman, Ahmed was attentive and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We’ve known the GM, Sam Alimi, since he was originally at Audi Tysons and we’ve bought 5 vehicles from him, always with the same, excellent service. Sam is honest and hard working and we’ve always felt great about how we were treated.

This dealer has the worst customer service. Stay away! Once they sell the car they forget about the client. Hard to get intouch with anybody or they give you wrong phone numbers.

Dishonest and dangerous.

Dishonest and dangerous. Sold me a used car with all four brakes bad and a bent wheel that needs replacing. Dealership sold it as is so nothing I can do but inform others. Couldn’t test drive the car due to traffic. Would not recommend.

Dishonest and dangerous.

Dishonest and dangerous. Sold me a car with bad brakes, and a bad wheel. Spoke with the GM but I bought it as is so they won’t help. Will be posting reviews everywhere so no one else falls for the same trick.
