Awesome Saleslady & dealership experience

Julie was fantastic to work with while attempting to locate them eventually custom order my 2018 Mojito Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon! She is a great person and now friend! Haasz Automall Ravena is a great buying experience.

Super friendly service

Great experience

Gino helped us get into a great 2018 car he worked hard to get us a deal we wanted. He also knows some pretty sweet magic tricks. Gino I still need to figure out how you got the penny in your ear.

Great sales staff,above and beyond,thanks again

This is my 2nd new ram from haasz.i always shop around and I get the best deals at this dealer ship.They searched to find me a truck,I was even getting calls and text on there days off to keep in touch a week later they got me this sport ram Laramie and its new the first one I've seen like it .im very happy with my truck and the haasz staff and dealership in revenna.i highly recommend haasz to everybody .thanks Andy and Geno.

Great Transaction, Awesome Car, Great Staff

When I decided it was time to buy a new car I spent a lot of time online searching and went to 5 different dealerships with Haasz being the 5th. I almost went back to the forth dealership to make the purchase but something told me wait and go see Haasz and I am glad I did. I originally was looking for a Ford Fusion but Haasz had a very nice pre-owned Fully Loaded Ford Taurus for a great price. I stopped in and was greeted by Mike Fulvimar. His knowledge and true awesome genuine personality made me decide that I wanted to do business with him and Haasz. I did not get this feeling at the previous dealerships. He was with me through the whole process and provided no pressure to purchase. After I test drove the car I knew I wanted it and Mike made that happen. Also a Shout out to Mary Scott for making the finance part which is usually the long drawn out portion quick and painless. I will return to Haasz for any future purchases and hope to always work with Mike.

Horrible/unsatisfactory/disappointing

We went to this dealership to buy a new car. was met by John Reed. Seemed very friendly and helpful. we chose a 2017 never titled Jeep Renegade. We took it for a drive and loved it. saw there was 2264 miles on it. He said one of the salesmen took it on a small trip. the inside was quite dirty so he sent it back to service to be cleaned up. they washed it but we noticed when we got home it was not vaccumed out and in the hatch was a package of opened adult diapers. That proved they did not clean it out. He made a list of paperwork we had to take back the next week. He said he would be there. The next week he was NOT there and there was paperwork we needed that was not on the list. It took be 45 minutes on their computer to obtain the info needed. That second time there we met with Julie who was very nice. She sent the car back service again. (gee, does it take a college professor to know how to run a vaccum?) I guess so.! also, john had our plates from the car we traded in. He was suppose to give them to us that day. Julie couldn`t find them. She said she would have them mailed to us. She took the paperwork to financing. They still needed another paper to complete it that John did not put on the list. Now we have to make a 3rd trip there which was 30 miles each way). I was furious and went outside while my husband was with finance. I sat there crying because of all the frustration. The manager came out to talk to me. Told him the car was STILL not cleaned, we have to make a third trip there and we were told to bring the car in for an oil change at 5000 miles. (Not a free change). I told him that is not right cause the car already had 2264 mils on it that we did not put on it. he said he would make sure they marked it 5000 miles from the mileage on it when we bought it. After the third visit to finance my husband brought home the paperwork and it was marked the car had 19 miles on it when we bought it. THAT IS A LIE!!! Plus the finance guy added the extended warrantee to it that we did not request and the cost of $4035.15. Then they were not in contact with the finance company that our trade in was with and we have been receiving phone calls from them saying they are reporting us to the credit bureau because we did not make our payment. It has been 3 weeks now and nothing has been resolved. I will be in touch with the license bureau to report the false mileage put on the paperwork and title. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a report with them. I MUST SAY THAT JULIE WAS VERY VERY NICE AND DID ALL SHE COULD DO. She should find another dealership to work for because she is a good and helpful person.

Geno magically gets you the deal you need!

Geno Gordon was awesome! He was extremely easy to work with and was never pushy at any point of the experience. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for in a automobile. If you ever stop into Haasz make sure to ask for Geno!

Over the top service!

This is our third car purchase from Haasz of Ravenna! As alway ,Mike Fulvimar,our salesman was spectacular! Old school style (which is always best) and as always,never any pressure. Mike,Andy,Matt,and Greg all went over and above for an outstanding experience. We looked at other brands and non compared to the sporty styling,quality and exceptional value we were looking for.
