My rating is based on the experience i got from the entire dealership . It started with a salesperson who started by asking questions to understand what i waa looking and how i came up with the decision to chose a particular style and model. After carefully liatening, Geno Gordon, presented the chooses i originally came to look at. After the test drove and engaging in additional conversation , Geno persented options that would meet all of the conditions he got answers to from my arrival. His knowledge of all of the options on the lot was second only to his intera tikn with myself and family. The important portion of the whole transaction, he made it his priorty was his concern that i get exactly what I was looking for and not some pressure sales job. And to seal the deal, he put on a very well done majic show, while being at our side through every step of the sales, change of insurance and the final financial steps. The entire process was fulled with individuals who took the time to listen, evaluate need and put the buyer(me) in the best posible position to meet all of me needs and wants. This team, especially Geno, get a 5 start recommendation from. They all earned it.

This is my 2nd purchase from Mike Teter and he had me sold on getting a Jeep.... I has specific items I wanted and color inside and out... He found it and He got it for me... My mom and me were just breezing through the parking lot to just look for something that we would get in a year or two and ended driving away with a 2011 GMC Terrian. Michael did a great job and so did the other folks helping me.

We have owned three jeeps prior to this Jeep Cherokee and have been very pleased. Haasz makes every aspect convenient for the buyer, including excellent service when needed.

My husband and I were looking to trade in his car for a truck. Ray has truly been working hard on this deal. We finally get up there and had to wait for a long while due to having a snag with the bank. The general manager Tyler came over and explained everything to us. He saw how upset we were and offered to bring papers to our house if necessary. He was able to work it out before we left. Even tho it didn’t go as smoothly as as we would’ve liked it, they did everything in there power to make things right with us and I truly appreciate that. Tyler truly apologized for everything and was very sincere. Overall they are good, honest folks with great integrity!
