Friendly and knowledgable!
Our salesman Geno Gordon was very friendly, cheerful and very very knowledgeable about cars. He bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and was friendly and funny, keeping you in a good mood through the whole process. All of the staff we dealt with Haas were friendly and went beyond to meet your needs. Will recommend Haas and Geno to friends.

Best experience purchasing a car i have ever had!!
The employees were very professional and made me feel like family. From the first phone call I made thru the entire buying experience, I was treated very nice. My salesman Brennan Scott, was professional, extremely kind and very intelligent. Mary Scott in the finance department was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable and executed the paperwork in a timely matter. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car!! I Love this dealership and highly recommend it!!

New Jeep

Bad experience
Haasz called me for at least a month straight telling me I was preapproved for a car. So finally I decide to go and see what they have. I get there talk to them. They brought a jeep renegade and I told them I'm more interested in something like the Chevy Cruze or Chevy Malibu so then the salesman bring a Honda sonata and I said ok that one is a good one. The salesman says I need a cosigner which is confusing since I was supposed to be preapproved. Then he says well if we can't get you approved for this car I did get a approval for and older smaller car and I say ok what kind of car and how much then the salesman proceeds to say idk i didn't ask. xxx isn't your job to know the options a customer has. Needless to say they lied to me saying I'm preapproved to get me in their dealership just to leave without a car. I'm sure as xxxx not gonna agree to buy a car i know nothing about. Wasted my day big time when i could have tried somewhere they know there xxxx job. Not to mention the finance manager whose name I don't know yelled at like five employees while I was sitting there to buy a car very unprofessional

Best dealership ever!
I visited many dealerships before visiting Haasz Auto Automall. I have to say this dealership was the best to do business with, hands down! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and incredibly helpful! Adam Gordon was awesome. He answered all my questions and didn’t leave me waiting around like the other dealerships. I am incredibly thankful and recommend this dealership to everyone! Plus, now I have a super fun Jeep!

great job
I recently had my car in to have the body control module replaced. the part was on backorder so I required a loaner. they were quick and efficient in getting me a car. when the new part arrived damaged they were quick to replace it. I was kept informed of the progress the entire time. car runs like new

Nice shopping experience

Maintenance
Scheduled an appointment for a 2017 Jeep Renegade that was bought there took Jeep in for 20000 mile which was discussed at the time the appointment was made at the end I still have to go back because the didn't have the cabin filter why was the appointment made then
