Friendly Car Dealership with awesome service dept.
Purchased our new car from another dealership not far from where we used to live. A year ago we moved to the Ravenna area. We recently received a recall on our car we purchased 05/2016. Since we moved, I really did not want to take the lengthy drive to the car dealership where we originally bought the car. Besides that, the salesman we bought the car from quit 2 weeks after we purchased our car. When I called back to talk to him they said "Oh he quit and no longer works for us" ... Great .... wasn't really sure WHO we were supposed to talk to now at that Dealership? In the meanwhile we moved to Ravenna area the following September because we have family here. We mentioned this recall to our family members all residing in the Ravenna area for quite some time now. They HIGHLY recommended Haasz Automall, Ravenna. They buy all of their cars from Haasz and told us that "we always get good deals, great service and are treated very well there, why don't you take the car to them?" I said even thought we didn't buy the car from them? Will they still fix our car if we need it worked on and honor our warranty? (Our car salesman quit at the other dealership and they don't even want to talk to us.) Our family said just call Haasz. So when I got this recall I thought this is a perfect opportunity to call, and I am so glad I did. The best I could hope for is that Haasz would even talk to us. Truthfully didn't expect much since we did not purchase the car from them in the first place. Honestly that's what I was thinking at the time. I was waiting for them to say "why aren't you taking the car bake to where you bought it?" But amazingly, no one ever said that, not once!!!! Well I finally got up the nerve to call and ask if they would consider fixing my car. It was quite an important recall seeing how if our car WAS defective, the air bag could possible go off at anytime for no apparent reason while just driving down the road. I thought about this scenario every time I got in the car to go somewhere. When I initially called a very pleasant man (Billy) answered the phone. I reluctantly told him I had a recall, we recently moved to this area and the dealership we purchased the car from was quite an inconvenient drive away. I then asked him if they would even consider fixing our car though (I apologetically explained) we did not purchase the car from Haasz. He said "absolutely we can help you with that!" He asked me if I would like to bring the car in tomorrow? TOMORROW I thought? Wow! I secretly thought "no punishment for not buying the car from you?" AND you actually get it - every time I get into this car I look at the steering wheel and think to myself ... airbag don't you even think about coming out of there!!! He asked me what time I would like to come in? I asked if 10am was Okay? He said perfect. Then he proceeded to tell me when I arrive tomorrow to drive around the side of the building facing 59, come to the garage door there. Another man his name is also Bill (Plumley) will check you in! See you then! Wow, thank you Bill you have been great! I was pleasantly surprised! Definitely not what I was expecting ... which was a very good thing! He was so nice! I had the car there promptly at 10am the next morning, very happy to be having it fixed. There's something to be said about being able to drive home, not wondering if the airbag might decide to explode at any given moment. :) Billy whom I talked to on the phone the day before gave me great instructions as to where to go and what to do when I got there. I followed his instructions to a tee and they were right on! I pulled up to the garage door and Bill Plumley was waiting there and greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the door. WOW, again I was completely blown away how kind, friendly and knowledgeable every one at this dealership seemed to be! Bill took my info, simple and easy, said now "You are part of the Haasz family!" (Again I secretly thought: "amazing they are treating me well here even though I did not buy the car here?") Bill said with a big smile: You are on the Blue Team and I will introduce you to Mike Purk. Now I'm really thinking "my family was right, these people are unbelievably great here" Bill escorted me to the nice waiting room said we will check your car, install new wire harness and call you shortly. Then coffee and cookies? Wowed again! Not long after, Bill brought Mike Purk, the Service Advisor to the waiting room and introduced him to me. Mike told me if I needed anything to let him know and to feel free to call him also. Wowed again! Long story short, they were done in a reasonable amount of time, did not mind the wait at all! Was grateful they were willing to fix my car and very nice about it. They were proactive did a complete check-up as well said everything was great probably because I don't have very many miles on the car. I so wish I knew about this dealership when we bought our car! We DEFINATELY would have bought the car at this dealership!!! Any auto purchases in our future will be at the Haasz Automall that's for sure! Every one seems to be so quick these days to complain about well, everything! I wanted to take the time to thank you for having such a reputable business with the absolute BEST people ever!!!

Hands down the best exsperianc buying a car ever. Linda went way beyond the norm to take lead us in the right direction and took care of us. We will be seeing her again shortly .

First service after purchase
Today was our first time for service of the van we bought last year. We were very happy with the service experience. All the employees were very friendly and we were treated very nicely. Had the usual oil change and rotation of tires. We also had two recalls that needed to be taken care of. Since it was quite a long wait, the employee kept checking back with us with progress updates. Overall it was a very good experience and we will return again.

Patient, non-pushy, educated !!
I went into this dealership reluctant to even look at new cars as I loved my old one. I knew I needed a better vehicle before winter so I ended up here after a friend recommended them. Chuck was my salesman and he was awesome! He was never pushy, explained everything clearly, and I felt the whole process of buying a new car was very easy. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was polite and professional.
