My experience with Haasz has been absolutely fantastic. I didn't feel pressured into doing something I didn't need or want. Ray was great from the start. But Julie really sealed the deal. She made me feel comfortable and I felt like she had my best interest in mind. I would definitely come back for my next vehicle.

I was having so many issues with the Jeep Cherokee that I had purchased from a previous dealer. When the next problem presented itself, I called the old dealership and they couldn't see me for a week. I said enough is enough and took it to Haasz of Ravenna. They took my Jeep back straightaway to look for issues, and in the meantime, put me in a rental and showed me new Jeeps. My Jeep ended up needing repairs and drove very well after being fixed. I did decide to purchase something new and was given the deal of a lifetime. Everyone was just too kind. My car salesman has checked on me even after the purchase and I really appreciate that. I'm definitely a customer for life.

He understands that is scary buying a new car and allowed me to ask endless questions, he answered welcomingly, I appreciated his patience and positive attitude. I will never buy from anyone else.

Bob Baumgartner the internet marketing guy got in touch with me immediately after expressing an interest via TrueCar.com and set me up with an appointment. Mike Fulvimar in used cars was a great guy to work with. They did a great job in working with what I was needing to have happen on the financing side. I found a great Lexus 450h that they did a great job detailing. Looks brand new. They were great in negotiating - they weren't pulling any of those typical dealer techniques in wearing you down etc. Their finance guy Greg Baxter found me an even better financing rate than my bank PNC approved me so he saved me a ton of money and it was quick and simple. Great dealership, good people, nice process, no pressure. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and my experience purchasing it. BTW - Mike called me the next day to make sure everything was cool. I highly recommend this dealership - and I drove three hours to do the deal and it was worth the drive!
