From the get go he explained to me that he was a new salesman and might have to ask his manager a lot of question and he really didn't have to do that at all he answered all my question without having to ask his manager. My first brand new car
Went to Haasz to look for my first brand new car. I found the car online and inquired through the Cars.com app. Everyone was super responsive and my salesman, John Reed, worked hard to get me a deal I was more than comfortable with. On delivery day, there were a few issues, not at the fault of the salesman but another negligent customer which severely upset me, but John and the rest of the team did what they could to make it right in the situation and ensure the process would be painless & satisfying. I would 100% deal with Haasz again and I absolutely recommend John as a salesmen.
