Great Place to buy a car!

Went to Haasz to look at a Jeep. Went to a few other places to shop around and ended up buying the first Jeep we looked at at Haasz. Everyone there is very helpful and they made buying a car an awesome experience! Will definitely go back in the future.

Don't buy car from here and expect good service

First I would like to say this place is a joke between them and Chrysler I just had enough I bought a car Chrysler 200 2013 and it was a crack ( small) in the windshield they promised to fixed it played phone tag until i said it was a lesson learned i took my to the car wash and the paint on the rims washed off it was cover up for the scrap marks they promised to fixed it played phone tag so I just said it was another? lesson learned...I then later on took my car up to haasz to get an oil change no engine light on they tell me I had a coolant leak so I fixed that which was out of pocket . I leave the shop and my engine light was on I'm thinking well they did just fix it let's see if it goes off never went off I called to make an appointment got there they told me it will be 100$ to even look at it..then they sent me a survey I answered it as honestly as I could so someone name Holly calls me and say if you change the review we'll pay for it now after all my experience I'm thinking after they? fix it I'll write my review I called made an appointment to get my car fix 2 days before I come in Holly calls me and say due to the fact you didn't change the review you now have to pay because Chrysler said no now who chances a review when you guys never followed up on the problem and actually I changed my review before and no one fixed it so I wasn't going to change? it until the work was done..so thankful I didn't please go somewhere else and get a car this place is a joke and I have to laugh to keep from crying but in life you live and you learn..As you can see I did fix the last review because of the feedback response so guy's you know I'm telling the truth you fix the reviews and you can't get in contact with them

Definitely Recommend

I am from the Youngstown area, about 35 minutes away. On 06-19-2017, I bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Haasz. I'm very happy with my purchase. The car was very clean and runs great. I want to thank the two employees I dealt/spoke to, Mike Fulvimar and Carlee Richards. Both were very polite and patient, NOT rude or pushy how's salespeople can be. Management even spoke with me and shook my hand Before I even bought the car. I definitely would recommend a person to check out Haasz Auto if your looking for a new or used car!

My faith has been restored

After writing of my experience of my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 breaking down on my way back to Columbus, Mr. Dave Phillips reached out and is reimbursing me for the expenses incurred due to the breakdown. I am overwhelmed with gratitude. I bought the truck for my son who recently hit a deer on his motorcycle. Thank you Dave Phillips and Haasz for going above and beyond in helping me remedy this situation.

Knowledgeable and Friendly

I'd like to thank Carlee with Allstate Insurance and Dustin at the collision center for all their assistance with my car repairs. Carlee was particularly knowledgeable and really helped me through the claims process while Dustin was always receptive throughout to answer any questions and keep me updated. Overall, I'm very impressed and my car looks great. Thank you for everything!

Geno Gordon is the best!
