Service department was great!
Had a recall on my car. When making the appointment the it was really friendly. When pulling up to the service department you are greeted with hi and smiles. The service department explains everything that they did. And they fixed my recall in a timely matter. Called when it was done and even washed it. I'd definitely go back to the service department.

Service shifter message
Awesome staff, they care and it shows with the new improvements they have make in the service department. Great amenities in the waiting room. Took my jeep Cherokee in for shifting problem. Mechanic,read the codes and it turn out he has seen this problem before. But only a few times. None that ever came back. He said but if it should. He would just put a new valve body in. Haven't had this problem again. But have gotten a service shifter message twice now but goes away after shutting off the car. Doesn't seem to be any shifting problems during this message. No worrys trust they will take care of this and resolve everything. Thanks HAASZ

Rick was very nice to me and he got me in a much better car than what I was looking for. I would tell my friends and family to go see him and anyone else that is looking for a car. He made sure I got in something that I wanted and he worked with me. I will go to him again in the future.
