I had great attentive service, and the vehicle i chose

Long story short… I bought my car about 18 months ago and

Long story short… I bought my car about 18 months ago and it was a certified used vehicle. The buying process was great. I was very happy with the sales person Lonnie. Fast-forward to 18 months later about a month ago, my transmission went out. I took it back to the dealership paid for the diagnosis which was about $200. They told me my transmission was out with my certified warranty. I had to pay 25% of the cost, which was not bad at all. I got my car back and two days later the transmission went out again. I was furious. I had to have it towed back to the dealership. I was not happy at all. However, I am extremely pleased about the way Scott from the service department handled this. I was offered a brand new jeep compass as a loaner car at no charge while they diagnosed my car again. Today I got a call from Scott that my transmission was done and they did a few test drives on it to make sure that it was in drivable condition and that he was going to send it across the street for a VIP cleaning for my inconvenience.. I was so happy to hear this. It’s bad enough when your car has issues. Scott made this process so much easier. Thank you, Scott for taking care of this.

Chris sold me a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee last Nov.

Chris sold me a used 2020 Jeep Cherokee last Nov. I bought it for my wife and she loves it. 10/10 I'm not comfortable with high pressure sales tactics at dealerships and have had a couple bad experiences at Fred Martin in the past. Chris was a gentleman and helped me navigate the process of buying a vehicle. I have a lease up in Nov. And I look forward to seeing him this fall for my next purchase.

Horrible a nightmare and I’m dealing with prostate

Horrible a nightmare and I’m dealing with prostate cancer. I was intentionally ripped off by this dealership. I already had a 2013 Ford edge and I trust it the dealership and brought a 2018 Ford edge for $15,000. That did not even last 20 days on my way to chemotherapy and Independence. The engine light came on. I had a tow back to the dealership and they’re charging me $1500 to get it fixed that had the very same thing wrong with it that my 2013 Ford edge had and the dealer that sold it to me, Paul knew that because he had drove my car it’s not fair. It’s not trustworthy and it’s not right. It’s not good business and then he did not even return three calls that I called ignored me. I’m glad that Kurt Fleming I got in touch with offered to pay half of the cost of what I told it in for the engine light but more issues were found and the dealership charged me $600 more to have that repaired all in 20 days and I never even drove the car much until I had to go to my chemo in Independence because Akron General in Akron flooded I feel this was intentional and the dealership new that car will break down on me because my 2013 it never happened till 230,000 miles I hope and pray this never happens to anyone else that’s not 72 years old. It’s not good business and I shouldn’t have to pay for it. The whole car should be fixed and given to me like I was promised when I bought it it didn’t even last 30 days and they still want me to pay $1500.
