My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased the warranty with it. She didn’t have it for 12 hours & the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership & they said the power module had gone bad on the vehicle & it would cost $3,000.00 for a new part or we could by a used part for $800.00. The warranty I bought didn’t cover this part. This dealership doesn’t care about the customers they only care about about selling you a car & making money. This is something I would have expected from a car lot on the corner, but not a dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.

Had my car at a different dealership 3x to correct and issue and it was not corrected. Fred Martin diagnosed the problem and had a game plan to fix it within two hours of my car being on site. Will only use Fred Martin for service of our cars going forward.

People were friendly and helpful. The process was quick and easy. Nice selection to choose from and DJ was great.

I bought a used vehicle over the phone from out of state and the experience exceeded my expectations. The salesman took a detailed video of the inside and outside and was very transparent about describing any flaws I should be aware of. We quickly came to an agreement on price and after that I worked with their finance team to close out the paperwork. I appreciated their promptness and professionalism throughout the process!
