The only complaint I have with Fred Martin Superstore is their service department. When you call there, you get AI. You will not get a live person. If you want a live person, you get voicemail and have to wait for them to call you back. Someone finally texted me. Very very frustrating. Why don’t they hire someone to just answer their calls, make appointments and handle questions. This is my second new car with them and probably my last, because of their service department. Besides that, when I arrived for my appointment , they were courteous and handled my recall issue quickly and efficiently.

About a year ago, we purchased our 2025 Rubicon X from Rob Zabel at Fred Martin Superstore, and we continue to be extremely pleased with our experience. Well, we previously obtained services from a different dealer where our experience was not good at all, this dealer was very accommodating and worked with our third-party extended service contract. They were very thorough and inspecting our vehicle and recommending appropriate service. We will certainly visit them again in the future.

My Salesman (Jeremy Wootan) was very accommodating and extremely helpful. He worked with my deal fairly and moved the process along with excellent communication and was able to get me a fantastic truck on my terms. Worst car buying experience ever. They sold me a crappy car with stuff that was broken and never told me about those things. And then nobody would take responsibility for that. They kept giving me the run around. And Brett Smith was the worst. His attitude was dismissive at best and condescending at worst. They could have made me a happy customer if they would have just spent about another $200 to fix one thing. If I convince just one person to not buy a car there (which I already have), they will lose a lot more than $200. Do not buy a car here is you want to be treated well.
