Working with the dealership was awesome! Better than my first experience 6-7 years ago! Amber, Alex and Bob are awesome. They made me feel comfortable with my trade and purchase. Thank you again for being awesome. See you in the future. Only concern i have would be the service related issues. However that doesn’t have to do with the sales team!

Alex was amazing he really took time to help me get the
Alex was amazing he really took time to help me get the exact vehicle I was looking for he was never pushing trying to rush me he really took time to explain everything in detail and if I was not understanding or not getting something he would slow down and explain it again to make sure I knew what he was talking about never once being rude or saying I just explained that he let me tell him what I was looking for and he took the time to pull up every vehicle in stock on his computer let me pick the ones I was wanting to look at and went and got it or drove me to it he let me sit in multiple vehicles and test drive them so I could decide what I liked and did not like he made it all about me and it was a great car shopping experience I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle and I would definitely buy another vehicle from him in the future

Our Salesman, Richard Bacon, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to find us the perfect car for my daughter’s first car. We had several specifications and he ticked the box on each. The entire process was quick and painless. He took time to answer all of our questions and took great care with us the entire time. My experience was amazing.
My experience was amazing. Alex was very nice and understand of how nervous i was making my decision. He went ABOVE and beyond my expectations on the deal of my purchase. Amber was awesome as well, she has a great heart for single moms! She made me feel comfortable making a huge decision as a woman on my own. Going into this situation, i was nervous from a past experience and both Alex and Amber blew that out the water. Even the paperwork process was great, i walked out of Fred Martin not only with the car i fell in love with but also a peace of mind that they all had my back! Thank you again! I’ll be back!

Easy and straightforward to deal with.
Easy and straightforward to deal with. Large selection. One complaint is tires on purchased vehicle were dry rotted. Brought to salesman’s attention that tires were bad and did get $400 knocked off price but new tires were $1200. Shouldn’t have to replace tires immediately on used vehicle to reduce risk of blow out.
