I have purchased a total of 8 vehicles from Fred Martine Superstores and I was always super happy with my purchase experience except this time. this is the first time I am not fully satisfied and I feel like I was lied to. I was not treated like an individual like in the past. I feel like their only concern was to get a sale no matter what. I seen the vehicle that I purchased online first and the description stated that it came with XM radio (one of my requirements). When I got home I tried for over 12 hours to get my XM account to work on my new Jeep. With no luck the next day I returned to the dealership and asked why it would not connect. I was told that he did not know why the Jeep was not XM compatible but “it is what it is” and I had to “deal with it”. Therefore I will “deal with it and possibly not return for my next purchase.

Just traded in my Jeep Rubicon for Grand Cherokee L...
Just traded in my Jeep Rubicon for Grand Cherokee L Limited. They were my first stop and last. I did go to three other dealers to compare and Fred Martin was best payment by far ($200) less on a lease. The other three dealerships said it wasn’t possible. We’ll FM showed me it was possible. Top notch service, professionalism, and having the best price is icing on the cake.

I don't feel the sales team was totally up front with me...
I don't feel the sales team was totally up front with me and then blew off a problem that should have been taken care of before I left with my car. The service department was excellent. They not only found the nail in the sidewall of the tire but they replaced both front tires. The salesperson knew there was a low pressure indicator on and never bothered to check it out. I had to schedule an appointment and wait 6 days to have it checked out. I'm not happy about that. I feel I was treated poorly in that aspect of the transaction.
