Everything was great but I have never been contacted yet to repair my hood like they said they would. Was told they would call in 5 to 10 days. No call yet, planning to call myself

Everything was great besides the one lady she was extremely pushy. Other then that the only other thing was I wasn’t given an option on vehicles but the one I was offered I took because I loved it.

I found what I was looking for and Jeremy in Sales and...

I found what I was looking for and Jeremy in Sales and Rhonda in finance were great. I did realize as I was driving home (45 minutes north in Cleveland) that there were no floor mats with my used 2020 Pacifica. Also, while I have a service appointment set up locally, I’m not sure why the van was even for sale with the camera not working or why this wasn’t mentioned before I drove down there. Vehicles are more expensive these days and while you have to pay for what is available, I feel my purchase was incomplete.
