    I started out my search for a used Mazda 3 with Fahim Khan. It was not a pleasant experience as he was extremely pushy and talked non-stop and did not come across as trustworthy or sincere. I made it clear what vehicles I was interested in and he promised not to call, only text or email if they got anything in. When he called me at work and didn't even have the specific car I was interested in, it was the last straw. When I went back in to the dealership, it was Fahim that came out to help us. He then proceeded to argue with me when I told him why I wanted to work with another sales guy. The next sales associate to help me was, Ian Murdick and it was a great experience. Ian was friendly and wasn't pushy. He also listened to me and appeared quite knowledgeable. Ian got my business and I definitely recommend him. Fernando Cruzado was an additional bad mark on the dealership. He started in on the sales pitch to add additional warranty/protection packages, etc. I told him that I was familiar with them and was not interested in any. He proceeded to tell me that he had to explain them as part of his job. After he explained each one, I told him again that I wasn't interested. He then proceeded to waste even more of my time by splitting them out individually, ringing up the numbers in different ways and trying to push them on me. I also informed Fernando from the get go that I was pre-approved with Meritrust Credit Union, which they work closely with. He then ran an additional credit check which shouldn't have been necessary. As a result of these actions, it took way too long to complete the process. As far as buying a certified used Mazda from the Mazda dealership, I was surprised and concerned that they didn't reset the Infotainment/NAV system to remove the previous owner's personal information. For instance, I can see the previous owners' home address, their friend's house and other places they had in favorites and the names of all phones that were paired. I also expected the Infotainment (not NAV maps) to be updated to the latest release since the loaded release has known bugs. It doesn't do much to instill confidence in the quality and completeness of their work.
