Everyone in the service department is absolutely

Everyone in the service department is absolutely wonderful. They always do a great job on our Cadillac. Would not take it elsewhere!!

We brought the car in for a recall and it was taken care

We brought the car in for a recall and it was taken care of. Thanks for that. Problem was something was changed with the tire sensors. I always had one tire that would periodically register and then not. Now all 4 state NO info on tire pressure. So every time I start the car it says there’s a problem and I must hit the reset button to see speedometer. Every time. I called about it and was told to bring it in. Was unhappy to be changed your $25 fee to get the car picked up. That’s not right since you guys hit something that caused the issue. I complained and was told Harry would contact me. We’re still waiting. If you caused the problem then you should be the one fixing it without us bringing it in and sitting there again for hours.

Thank you for filling out the survey and I will let Harry know to call you. However the tire sensors are in your tires themself and have internal batteries. The batteries dies out over time and need replacing. the recall was toe links in suspension and the tire would not have to be dismounted. I will look at the whole repair order when i get back to work and review with Harry, I or myself will call you.

Just purchased new xt6 from plaza.

Just purchased new xt6 from plaza. Had a shifting problem. Drove to dealer and talked to sales man we purchased car. Had car brought in and fixed in twenty minutes. Very much cares about customer. Thanks

We were not kept informed on our car's status. We always had to call to find out about our car. Service personnel were always friendly, just a bit frustrated about this experience. Prior experience was excellent.
