Very Dissatisfied - I received a letter from DMV

Very Dissatisfied - I received a letter from DMV Tallahassee stating that my license was being suspended... i provided the wrong VIN Number, but actually it was YOUR salesman that sent in the paperwork on our new vehicle. I also insisted that I wanted the window sticker - which the salesman said was available - but I never received it??? SERVICE DEPT: Our battery went dead after a few months and it took 9 hours and several calls to get replacement... Very discouraged with your dealership

Plaza Cadillac people in general are great to deal with. Tony, the GM and Chris, Sales Manager did everything in their power to get me satisfied and I am 100% satisfied. I appreciate their team and will purchase from Plaza in the futurre.
