Mr Steven over at The service department is amazing he’s taking care of my Cadillac every single time I go there and always works with me with my schedule very professional and always willing to help any customer get their vehicle issues resolved in a timely and professional manner. Rick Jimenez over in sales is also super awesome every time I drop my car off for service he always happens to be walking by and we chat for a little bit hoping in the next few weeks or few months I stop by to pick up an Escalade for Mom hopefully before Mother’s Day and I’ll be going to Rick for that thank you Plaza Cadillac for your amazing team and service hands-down always a good experience comparing it to other dealer services for other cars I own like my jaguar or BMW you guys are top-notch love you guys !!!!!! -Joseph “JD” Rodriguez

There is not space here to provide a full disclosure of my dissatisfaction. Suffice it to say, my car was in your service department a solid 3 weeks. Less than 48 hours after picking up the car, it DIED yet again. I have never received such unreliable, poor service.
