I call Plaza Cadillac on a Thursday. Robbie was my contact. I decussed briefly what l was interested in. The appointment was made for Friday at 3 pm. He met us promptly with everything ready to go, best price everything. There was no pressure. The vehicle l requested was sparkling and ready to go. We drove the vehicle and decided to change to a more equipped one sorry Robbie😔, no problem. We were still able to complete the purchase in less then 3hrs.
