Because my first opportunity to experience this dealership was through there service department, I chose to return when the lease on my XT5 was nearing its end. The salesman I worked with was informative and supportive, while assuring me that I could reconnect at any time for any reason! My only criticism is that they did not have a number of cars for me to pick from based upon current shipping difficulties.

For this service appointment everything was excellent unlike some of my past experiences. They were courteous and actually completed the job earlier than quoted for this visit.

Nathan, our salesman was great to work with. We got caught in the "the car is built but no chips". We waited 6 months for the delivery. We are both happy with the XT6 and Plaza Cadilac. We would certainly look at purchasing there again.
