Totally dishonest dealership!!!!
This dealership is the worst dealership I have ever experienced they have told us lies after lies. After lies sold a car without a title or a CO took advantage of a 22 year old college graduate who just wanted to buy the car his dreams they added $3000 to the price of the car, they then sold him the car without the title then told him lie after lie. After lie he had to get a temporary plates and then they have the audacity to tell him to drive the car without the registration, and if there was a problem to have him call the dealership , he went to the RMV and they said do not drive that car until you have the title took over a month to get it. Then they promised him for all the trouble that they he went through. They would pay his first car first payment so they gave him a check for $300 less than his first payment when he cashed it they put a stop on the check , I have never had a more horrible experience in all my life. We will be following through with attorneys and attorney, generals, and CEOs of BMW but please save yourself agony and stay away from this dealership they should be shut down. !!!!

Do not trade in your car at this Dealership
I called to ask about a trade in for a new BMW. I didn't want to waste my time if we weren't in the ball park. I was trading a pristine upscale car much in demand. When I got a very low offer, I told them they were nuts. They said Kelly blue book trade in value was a good guide. When I looked up their offer it was over $10,000 less than Kelly trade in value. When I questioned it they said it was the BEST they could do. I SOLD THE CAR TO ANOTHER DEALER IN ONE DAY ON AUTO TRADER FOR OVER $10,000 more ! A cash deal, not even in a trade in.

Not happy at all.unbelievable how they treat custo
My husband was going to purchase a used truck he gave them a deposit on it they told him that the truck was his.so they were giving him the runaround saying that the truck was being fixed for a few days. They were supposed to call them and do the final paperwork they never did but on the site that was saw the truck they had it still they’re selling for less money. for being a high prestige dealer, they suck. I guess I’ll go with my money somewhere else.

I have to say Andre was a great salesperson. I came in to test drive a car and he got me in the car I've have always wanted to drive. Love my MBW convertible.

I Strongly Recommend You Go Elsewhere
I never write bad reviews but my experience in the past two years with BMW West Springfield has been so horrendous I felt compelled to post something here. Where do I begin? Three months ago they sold me two new tires and within that time that were worn to nothing. Both my case manager and the services manager agreed this was unacceptable (and through no fault of my own) but still, despite that they are asking me to pay for the damaged tire(s). Also, I brought my car in two times in the last six months due to it shaking at over 40 mph, they told me it was safe to drive and okay and then, most recently, the caliper seized, brake pads went as a result, and boom, $4500 worth of damage (plus my needing to tow car and get a rental which I’ve had to pay for for 8 days because they continue to not get back to me in regards to my insistence they cover tires). Add to that that at 75,000 miles my car needed a new engine and they assured me 75% of the cost would be covered (class action lawsuit). But still, I have not received 15% of any of that ($4500). This despite me being 2 years out from applying for the money. While this larger problem falls on BMW as a whole the local BMW said they would advocate for me and yet, when I spoke to the service manager recently, he told me he was only hearing of my complaint now (despite my being assured he was aware of it by my case manager). Right now, I’m sitting on hold. Hoping the service manager will come through for me but I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and am on the verge of calling the MA Attorney Generals office. In summary I would NOT recommend anyone get a BMW but if you must, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere. I trusted this dealer to keep my car maintained and reliably serviced it yet still, I’ve incurred $12k in repairs plus car rental expenses and 3 tows! This dealership is unprofessional and does not ensure of follow through on the quality of their work.

If you want to waste your time, this is the dealer
Unattentive sales people. Do return customers messages. Overall, really poor job of communicating and down right bad job of being in customer service. I do not recommend this place.

One of the worst dealer experiences I’ve had
I’m not the type of person to complain but it felt necessary after working with this dealership. I was ready to purchase a vehicle from BMW of West Springfield ASAP seeing I just sold my last vehicle and needed to get into something fast. Bryce Piemonte (client advisor) was the guy helping with the sale. He was very good and responded in a very timely manor when I inquired about the vehicle. We wasted no time and got him the credit application the next day along with a deposit on the vehicle. He told me “I will have the finance manager give me an answer by tomorrow at noon” not only did I wait around for his answer he kept putting me on the back burner telling me that he’s “busy will call back in 30 minutes” long story short he calls at the end of the day when the finance manager goes home only to have no real answer to any of my questions. Three days later and still nothing. My suggestion is you find another deal ship I had a very positive experience with BMW in Peabody, MA

Bait and Switch
Inquired about a car that is listed on cars.com and their dealership website. They said the car was still available. Went to the dealer, the 330i was indeed "just sold", but they have great "lease" offers right now Funny as I right this review a week later the car is still listed both on cars.com and their website. Who has time to play games like this during a pandemic? I went over to Shrewsbury BMW and was treated with respect.

Can’t say enough great things
Bryce at BMW West Springfield is awesome. He was patient and got us into a great car at a great deal. Not once did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. He provided reasonable and sound solutions for all “issues” we had, and really made the leasing process incredibly simple.

Bmw 330xi
Chris the dealer was very nice. The financial guy was pushy and pretty rude once I decided not to take any of those cheesy warranties! Facility was spotless and selection was great. Felt like I had to reach to get someone to call back but all in all it was a descent experience .
