From my first inquiry I was contacted by John Lane multiple times during my search for a new pickup truck. I spent about two weeks looking at various manufacturers. John stayed in contact and exercise patience as I did my analysis. He provided answers to all of my questions. Based on my experience with John I decided to purchase one of the two Chevy Silverado 1500 LTZ's. I made an appointment with John to look and test drive the vehicle. John introduced me and transitioned me to Robby Dodd. Robby did an excellent job demoing the vehicle to me and giving me the opportunity to test drive. Based on the experience with both John and Robby we decided to purchase the vehicle and completed the required paperwork before we left. We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle. When we arrived Maynor was outside waiting for us. During the test drive he was so nice and genuinely caring. He is a calm cool guy and immediately puts you at ease. No pressure, he just wants you to be happy. We drove 2 hours back again to trade in my vehicle. We got caught in a snafu and Jeff came out and resolved the whole mess. Maynor and Jeff had our back. They are respectful, polite, and courteous. I am beyond thrilled with my new vehicle. Thank you so much.

We came up from Cape Cod to purchase my wife's dream vehicle at Colonial West . Our sales guy Maynor could not have been more helpful providing us with great personable service and a very fair deal. He made the the 100 mile trip worth it, and GM Jeff went the extra mile for us as well. They worked hard to beat the clock to get all the paperwork done before our insurance agent closed at 5pm. It was a great trans action by Maynor and the Colonial Team!
