Was screwed on warranty

I took my 2016 Hyundai Veloster for an oil change and to check the paint coming off on the driver side bottom I was checked in and I told the service guy about the paint he went out to look at it he dismissed me like oh that's not covered it's from me getting in and out of the car then he said oh it's from road debrie and he said oh that's not covered he didn't even give me time to explain nothing the car only has 2600 miles on it I bought it in August of last year I don't drive it much so it's no way it's from me getting in and out of the car and it's not from road debrie I didn't make a seen about it I was like that's ok this will be the last time my car comes here so then I wait and wait I mean how long does it take for an oil change but that's not a big deal then they come and get me to tell me it's done I said ok so he tells me the cost and I said oh I have a coupon that I got in the mail and he got an attitude like he didn't wanna take it or deal with it so he took it the bottom line is the service department is very rude and they just dismiss your concerns they come up with excuses not to cover things that should be under warranty They will never get business from me again and I will never recommend them to anyone

Salesperson

Jeff Allen was our salesperson and was excellent! This was our second time dealing with Jeff and I would highly recommend him to anybody that is looking to purchase a new vehicle.

WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HERB CHAMBERS

My wife and I went on a Sunday to Herb Chambers in Auburn. And Ryan approached us nicely to help us out. WE described the vehicle, he asked us a few questions and knew exactly what vehicle we were talking about. He got us all set up for a text drive. WE were just going there to compare the Tucson to another vehicle and ended up falling in love with it. WE didn't need to negotiate much and we purchased the vehicle. And I love it!!! Everyone there was kind and professional. I didn't feel pressure or rushed and he answered EVERY question we had. He was very knowledgeable the product and that was refreshing. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle

Ask For Marty Reardon - Can't Go Wrong

I'm sure all the Sales men at Herb Chambers Hyundai of Auburn are good, I had the Pleasure of having Marty Reardon greet me the day I walked in. Marty was very Pleasant and very helpful in finding the Vehicle with the things I was looking for it to have. He took down information and even found and brought in a car from another Herb Chambers that he thought I would also like. He stayed in contact with me during my Car Hunting Process. The day I picked up my car, Marty sat with me and went over all the cars buttons, programming , bells and whistles. If your looking for a car, Marty would be the PEERFECT sales person to find the Vehicle you are looking for

New Care Purchase

Marty is great to work with. We have purchased a vehicle from him at this dealership in the past and called ahead to make sure he was working the day we wanted to purchase this vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable of all the vehicles that we looked at.

Excellent service and price

Came in to this dealership after a long day of driving around and was greeted by Ryan Maclean. after showing us a few Elantras and driving several models, I decided on one to by. His product knowledge was a league above most other salesman that I have encountered in the past. Would also like to thank the General Manager Rusty for finding me a Black Elantra sport, and had it shipped to their dealer. will buy from again!

overall experience was good. employees were very cordial. except for the flash drive issue. which they were not able to solve for me. hopefully factory rep will be able to help

TOOK TIME BUT EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT

Easy Process
